何と10年熟成のイタリアのスパークリングワイン。 芯の強い酸味に支えられた、パワフルで粒立ちの良い泡。総じて主張が強めな男性的なスパークリングであると感じた。余韻も長く、ヘーゼルナッツ香はフィニッシュで微かに感じ取れる印象。 どこまでも続く長い渡り廊下を歩いているかのような広大なスケール感。
