Wow! A simply delicious wine. A beautiful golden Amber in the glass. The nose starts with honeyed apples, then apricots, peaches, rich honey straight from the honeycomb. This is a rich and deeply satisfying wine. It is perfectly balanced. Unctuous and sweet but then the acidity kicks in. Sweet pears, apricots, honey, caramel, pineapples, candied lemon- so many flavours to taste and they keep appearing with each sip.

One of my favorite desserts is a glass of Tokaj. Pronounce aroma of cooked lemon, apricot, baking spices, honey and toast. Mouth is sweet with perfect amount of acidity to balance the wine that goes with flavors of honey, pastry spices, cinnamon and candied lemon. A classic you don’t want to miss.

This wine has structural density 😂 Very yummy. Almost like a cross between the Harslevelu in the shop x traditional Chablis. Also kind of like a Chenin. Quite interesting indeed. Going back to it, it’s very savoury and even has a weird mushroom taste that you’d expect more on red wines.

My goodness, I have to find words to describe this poem... Medium gold colour with deep, gold shades. The bouquet grabs you and will not set you free: cherry blossoms, mango, orange peel, honey, ripe peach involves your senses. Full-bodied, well-balanced. The palate reminds you of fully ripened peach and nectarine picked in a thirsty summer day with the acidity to keep your mouth watering and the sugar content to ask for more. Highly recommended!

Global mindset in Eger!!! Complex body with intelligent battonage and smart barrel-management for US market. “Skye Furmint” means the highest point - Nagy Eged - of Eger: orange, grapefruit, pear, chamomile, pomelo, honeydew melon. Long finish with saline, minerality and fresh grass.

Oak and slight volcanic sulfur on the nose. Palate is vanilla with pears, touch of candies citrus fruit. Slight notes of matches. Full bodied wine but silky smooth. Almost but not quite opulent. Acidity towards the finish clinches it for me. I wish I had more.

A very nice non-Tokaj furmint. Fresh like oxidative wines, nice acidity, complex wine, thought suitable as a daily drinker.

A bright, light amber colour. Nose of tinned peach, orange marmalade, vanilla, lemon. The palate combines decadent sweetness with massive acidity. Lemon sherbet, dried apricot, honey, stone, ginger. Intensity, length and yumminess. 11% ABV. Wonderful wine.

2014년 빈티지, 2021년 개봉 색: 맑은 황금색 향: 꿀, 벌집 밀랍, 감초, 후추, 건포도, 휘발성 석유 냄새, (여운으로서) 아주 약간의 비스킷 향, 견과류, 말린 자두, 말린 사과 맛: 바디감 상 (화이트로서), 산도 상, 당도 상, 탄산 없음 모스카토나 리슬링처럼 여운에 감 냄새가 나지 않고 정말 깔끔하게 딱 끝나는 꿀물 같은 느낌입니다. 근데 이제 차갑고 발효가 좀 된... 산도도 충분해서 술술 넘어갑니다. 여태 먹어본 디저트 와인 중 최고네요. 하루의 마무리로 완벽합니다. 양도 적어서 부담도 덜해요. 2021년의 첫 와인부터 시작이 좋군요!! 근데 이거보다 더 달면 혈관 파괴되겠는디...? ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Tokaj is really hidden gem with many lovely bottles. Semi sweet single grape Muscat bottle, wild natural bouquet of orange peel, white flower, cut grass. On palate, orange with moderate acidity, warm honey 🍯, apple and citrus. Minerality comes back on finishing, very good length. No need to chill so deep, i enjoy it from fridge to room temperature, very good structure and consistent.

맛이 쇼블과 모스까또 베이스에 샤르도네의 뒷맛이 독특했다. 향은 청사과류로 단 향은 별로 없고 펀치력도 약한데 맛이 반전이다. 전체적으로 소비뇽블랑의 맛 특징에 약간 진한 모스까또 정도의 단 맛을 잘 잡아주는 산미가 있고, 숙성맛이 있지는 않지만 여운이 매우 부드럽고 길다. 단 와인으로 맵지 않은 카레밥과 환상적으로 어울리는 것도 재밌었고 다른 토카이 와인도 맛보고 싶어졌다.

Tokaji is altijd goed, deze is uitzonderlijk! 5 puttonyos en dat proef je, zo’n concentratie van kwaliteit. Ik heb ervan genoten!

ハンガリーの貴腐。こいつは感動だあ… アプリコットや黄桃の缶詰の汁とはちみつを吸ってるような感覚。でもちゃんと酸味がしっかりあるからもったりしてないし飲み飽きない。 ずっと余韻に浸っていたい。

2008 トカイ・アスー・5プットニョシュ / トカイ・ヘッツオーロ 色：透明感のある黄金色。輝きがあり、美しい 香：甘い桃な缶詰を開けた時のような期待を抱かせる。熟したリンゴ、桃、刺激のある香りもあり、複合的 味：熟し、濃縮されたリンゴのような甘み、酸は豊富であり、高貴な印象。甘みと酸味がとてもいいバランスを保っている味わい。余韻もとても長く楽しめます 感想：初日から調和が取れた、素晴らしい味わいを楽しめました。酸がしっかりしており、甘みとのバランスがとても素晴らしいです。これはまさにご褒美です。ただまだまだ熟成するポテンシャルを感じたため、10年後位に上げればよかったと後悔してます。。。

Ainda só tinha provado vinhos Tokaji doces, de modo que este foi uma surpresa. Também produzido a partir da casta Furmint, o nariz lembra água-mel, mas a boca é seca, citrina e com boa acidez.

Le nez est plutôt riche, sur la fleur blanche, mais aussi le miel qui laisse presque penser à un moelleux. En bouche ça explosé d entrée. Ça vous réveille e palais avec des notes citronnées qui contrastent avec un retour de fruit jaune en milieu et fin de bouche. Dégusté en apero, c est avec les fromages qu il s est accordé à merveille.

E tudo aquilo que eu estava convencido que era função da "colheita tardia" nos Tokagi, afinal percebo que resulta da casta Furmint! Belo vinho, começa na água -mel e acaba em fruta, que me sabe a fruta, mas que eu não consigo identificar qual ou quais Encantador... Que bommm.

Only my second Furmint as these are a little hard to come by in MN… 👀 Bright golden color 👃 Fruits including peach, pear 👅 Peach, pear, tart apple, saline / mineral and spice. Very food friendly acidity. Crisp & persistent finish. 🍽 No clue what to pair with and did not have internet at the time so I went with similar to Sauv Blanc pairing - herbed Alouette on crackers with peppered dry salami and mandarin oranges. It worked. I need to do some research on traditional pairings for this wonder

Pale straw. The nose is aromatic, with notes of saline, butter, grass and citrus. The palate is dry, with notes of butter, bread, apple and citrus. Medium body and alcohol, and medium(+) acidity. The length is medium(+) with a crisp, citrus finish. Paired with sushi.

3.8 Peach, lemon, some of citrus, honey, apple and tropical fruits. The earthy aroma with above. It’s the Furmint white by Tokaji but the taste isn’t sweet!! The flavour/aroma tells the sweetness but it has the dry taste in the mouth. Very refreshing with the good acidity. Lovely one for the time when Spring is calling.

ベガ シシリアがハンガリーで作る最高の白ワイン。辛口フルミント。 これを聞いたら買いたくなるよね(^^; 冷やして良し、少し温度が上がるとオイリーなリースリングみたい。ペトロール香も少々。 デイリーには少し値が張るけど美味しい白が飲みたい時は良いかと思います。

3.8 トカイワインで使用されるフルミント100％のワイン。但し此方は白の辛口。ハンガリーワインの中では多分有名なオレムス。ブダペストの空港で10Eur位。 ストローイエロー、木・舞茸のような土臭さとレモン・リンゴの果実の爽やかさを併せ持つ。最も特徴的だったのはアフターの酸味、梅干しを味わっているかの様。

外観　温かみのあるイエロー。そこそこ粘性あり 香り　黄色いりんご、ハチミツ。グレープフルーツ。樽のニュアンス。 味わい　口に含むと一気に酸がくる。ドライでシャープ。が、奥行きがある。 ポン酢にも合うしいい感じ。鍋にはいけるな。イカそうめん（だし醤油）にはボチボチ。酸がある方がマリアージュとしてまとまるみたい。あれ、でも甘辛醤油味の白滝と豚の煮物にも合う。酸があるのにまろやか… 謎のマリアージュの懐の深さがある…次はポン酢系の鍋と合わせてみたい。端的に言って素晴らしい。

90/100 Homonna Attila is a tiny producer in Tokaj and his Határi Tokaji Furmint is one of his top dry wines. It has notes of sweet peach, white pear, flint, and yogurt flavors. Full-bodied and rich with a touch of residual sugar. This has real texture and structure. The fruit flavors may be a tad muted but you can’t deny the quality here, it’s for people who like German Riesling and Sylvaner.

As if the skin contact whites of Jura collided with a sherry cask. 108 year old vines I believe...mythical stuff

Mehr würzig als fruchtig (etwas floral), salzig-herb, karg, aber tolles Weinerlebnis, das im Gedächtnis bleibt, da der Wein irgendwie unangepasst-wild wirkt.

Miele albicocca zafferano. Nota vegetale di peperone arrosto.. Sia al naso che in retrolfattiva. Noci e frutta secca. Da abbinare con erborinati di spessore😺❤️

On nose apple, melon, apricot, grass, honey, dried figs. On palate M acidity, M+ bodied, pronounced flavors of citrus, honey, green apple, melon, dried figs. Long tasty finish

Sweet wine with excellent acidity balance. Creamy because of oak ageing. Aromas of quince, baked apple, raisins, peaches and vanilla. Still very young with good potencial for ageing.

Strong concentrated material with volcanic and barrel driven notes. Very inviting on the nose but too oxidised and too much old barrel to my taste. The type of wine you often find in Somlo/ Tokaj volcanic soil that the wine when young just does not seem to be ready for the bottle because of its high acidity and wild characted and by the time it softens up in the barrel it got too much oxidation. You need to bottle it when it does not seem to be rounded and wait in the bottle

Floral, honeysuckle nose. Lemon, lime, floral and buttery with new oak in the finish. Very interesting, tasty and drinkable.

Deep, consentrated sweet wine with lovely notes of dried fruit, hazelnuts, honey, spices.

A luscious nose of apricot jam and tropical fruit is riding on clean acidity with rich flavor of sweet maple with elegance, and pleasing lick of candied lemon on the finish.

Cool tones can be heard. Angels scattering little golden stars 🌟. 5 puttonyos but with a sweetness similar to 6 puttonyus. at the BOR, I asked for a recommendation for 5 puttonyus and this wine was recommended to me. Very tasty and good value for money dessert wine. Excellent. 涼やかな音色が聴こえてくる。天使たちが小さな金色の星をばら撒いている🌟 5 puttonyosだが、6 puttonyusに近い甘さがある。BORで、5 puttonyusのおすすめワインを尋ねたら、このワインを薦められた。とても美味しいし、コストパフォーマンスも良いデザートワインである。素晴らしい。

En general no bebo vinos de postre , Vivino me dijo 1% compatible con tu gusto ! Muy muy interesante acidez alta y dulce justo ! De verdad sentí la mermelada de damasco y algo de té de hojas . Seco pero dulce a la vez . Dorado pálido . Muy bien !

トカイのスティル。初めてです。 なんていうか、綺麗だと感じる。光沢あるが透明感もある黄金色。香りはなんとなくシャルドネっぽいような、軽くグレープフルーツ、淡く桃、こちらも淡くパイナップルというような、色んな香りが淡くバランスよく混じった柔和な感じ。ペトロールも少し感じます。 美味しい。酸味あるも、味はしっかり、でも柔和。上品なリースリングというイメージかな？レモンというよりはオレンジに近い味の方向。爽やかですが、しっかりとした味わいで、強くはないがトロッとした感じもある。軽快と重厚なちょうど真ん中よりは軽快寄り、というイメージです。 なるほど、フルミントというブドウですか。トカイの主要品種なのですね。wikiで調べたところ、このブドウの親がグーエブランというブドウで、シャルドネやリースリングもこのブドウが親とのこと。なんか予想が当たったようで嬉しい。また、これがあのトカイの貴腐ワインに主に使われているブドウなのですね。想像できないくらい爽やかな酸味と軽快感があります。

Creamy texture but fresh and slightly sharp to taste at the same time. Slight resemblance to a light sherry. Very easy to drink on its own ;)

Mid gold honey colour Full aromas on the nose. Honeysuckle. Very good acidity. Needs bottle age. Will balance out. Very good length. Smooth finish with a hint of zest. 8/10

I felt like a fucking king drinking this liquid gold. I met the head salesmen of this wine earlier and he got hammered and took me to a champagne talk in hungarian where he heckled the crowd. What a super experience and this wine matches it. #tokajfest2019

Golden colour. Sweet dessert wine with notes of apple, ripe melon and mango plus honey and raisin in the finish.

Good tokaj, but nothing soecial about it

Golden yellow, sweet flower honey and mineral like maybe boypotis flavor, sticky on palate and honey, mid acid balanced the sweetness.

A bit sweeter then ordinary 3p, ordinary honey and sugar cane, not bad.

Really interesting furmint with skin contact and some ageing in oak. An arresting nose of lemon, petroleum and kerosene while the palate journeys from citrus to spices, some obvious complexity and mouthfeel from skin contact with fennel on the finish. The Vivino average feels low, at least to my tastes. 3.75⭐ ↗️

Oaky woody smell with a little kernel fruit, stewed citrus. High in acidity with fresh citrus, lime skin, cream, herbaceous and oaky vanilla in taste. A little bitter in the palate thanks to its long skin contacted fermentation. Not as fresh and floral as typical hungarian furmint but shows how many potential a furmint can be. With intensively oak using and the skin contact fermentation sure gain more complexities. Medium long finish.

4.2: delicious and sooo easy to drink. Practically inhaled it. Good balance of sweetness and acidity. Bursting with fruits (peaches, apricots). Some floral notes. Just a tint of petroleum maybe? Excellent value.

Pretty much of a semi-tokaji. Really refreshing and with similar aroma as Canadian ice wine.

Tuesday, February 11, 2025. ¥1892 through Vivino. I only tried a little bit. It was okay. Friday 14. Drinking it with some feta cheese. It’s pretty cold, just out of the fridge. Pleasant. 3.9 seems about right. I probably will not get it again.

Bonne surprise à ce flacon. Robe jaune pâle, un nez pomme, poire, pêche, mineral, en bouche, belle fraîcheur, une acidité maîtrisée, légèrement perlé en bout de langue, belle longueur, parfait avec un met exotique.

Robe jaune très pâle. Le nez s’accompagne d’arômes de fraises tagada et de bonbons à la banane. En bouche c’est équilibré et rond avec une bonne acidité et des agrumes tel que des zestes de citrons verts. Une certaine amertume apparaît sur la finale agréable et longue.

Superbe nez, rappelant un riesling mosellan avec une note de violette en plus. Fleurs d'agrumes, allumette craquée, abricot. Viognier ? Que nenni, c'est hongrois et du furmint. Bouche toute en attaque, la finale est évanescente, c'est très léger, très fleuri, élégant. Très joli, se boit tout seul.

Vinho branco muito legal, de uma casta desconhecida para mim até então. O aroma intensamente floral me remeteu aos vinhos Gewürztraminer. Em boca é adocicada, e por isso é legal ser tomado num grupo, mas vem com uma boa acidez que ajuda a não deixar enjoativo. Nota 3.9

好芳香，美濃瓜的香味很濃但是是干型白酒沒錯。適合夏天。 放了一晚之後，尾韻增加了煙硝味跟熱帶水果（鳳梨百香果）的酸味，有趣。

ワイナリー訪問時の試飲。 モシュカタイオス＝マスカット マスカットの甘口も作っているとは知らなかった。 エチケットの上のブーメラン型のラベルにブドウ品種名が書いてある。 華やかではちみつの甘い香りがふわっと香る。 甘い果実の味わいととろみ、深い甘味でとても上品な仕上がり。

Furmint sec, vif et joliment fruité à la fois. C'est un super vin de soif, et pour environ 5-6 euros un excellent rqp. Finale moyenne courte

Как описала одна из гостей дегустации “понятное вино наших родителей”. Аромат цветочно-фруктовый, вкус сбалансированный, практически без назойливого выпирания сладости. Вкусно и понятно, без высоких материй.

Сподобався аромат. Слабкий смак. П'янкий напій.

TOWTC Christmas wines #1 not sure what to make of this.. medium lemon colour. Aromas are medium in intensity and I’m getting a mix of apple, lemon, peach and something herby . Dry, good acidity, medium bodied, medium finish. Clean flavours apple, lemon, peach, biscuit & saline. Each sip gives a tantalising glimpse of other flavours that are defeating me. Good structure, I think I like this 🤣🤣 needs food for sure.

Furmint sec, très exubérant sur le fruit exotique et la rose.... C'est une belle expérience. Ça ne joue pas dans la finesse mais c'est agréable.

Color is almost clear with a bit of straw nuance. I think it has citrus aroma, Lemon flavor and after taste of oranges. This is a good refreshing and moderate lingering. ほとんど透明な色合いに僅かに干草のニュアンス。柑橘系の香り、レモンの風味、後味にマイルドなオレンジの味。爽やかで程良い後味があると思います。

Very nice Tokaji Muscat with sweet apricot, pineapple, melon, pear candy, honey, herbs, lemon, apricot and pears > Очень приятное сладкое. Лёгкое, открывает сладкие абрикосы, ананас, дыню, грушевые леденцы, цветочный мёд, травы и песочное пирожное. Сладкое, но не приторное, кислотность, интенсивность и алкоголь средние, послевкусие долгое, со сладкими абрикосами, лимоном, чуть кисленькими ананасами и грушами. Легкий дижестив, приятное и питкое. Njae, jag vet ju att det här är ett kvalitetsdessertvin, men det smakar mycket honung, och jag kan inte med honung. Tydligen ska det passa jättebra ihop med Chokladdesserter eller glass. Provade med Micke på Grappe feb-19.

Easy, fresh(rare for an Aszú), sweet with sweeten plum, honey, floral and tropical fruit in nose. Medium acidity, medium sweet and medium light body. Too easy and lack of characteristic.

A different furmint, more tannic. Buttery toast. Not my liking but I can see how some people would like it.

Somewhat interesting but not great, a bit of oak and minerality.
