エノテカにて、ワイン検定後のワイン会。 ワイン売場で選んだボトルをレストランに持ち込めるシステム。 選んだ白ボトルが冷えるまで、スパークリングワインをグラスで楽しむ。 これは良いアイデアでした。 ワインは、スッキリ、かつ厚みもあって美味しかったです。
