うき袋。 ボチボチ力強さのあるシャンパーニュ。 やや濃い麦色。 ブリオッシュ、しっかりリンゴ。 果実味しっかり酸もシャープではっきり目。少しコク深さもある。少し熟成感が感じられる。 王道スタイルではない気がするけど輪郭が分かりやすく美味しく飲める。
