Yesterday night, dinning at this great restaurant in Midtown, we opened with appetizers & this great italian Prosecco by Fiol winery. Limpid pale yellow color & pale golden reflexes. Nose of apple & citrus wrapped in white flowers & subtle honey notes. In mouth, fresh, refreshing, light body, high acidity, delivering delicious white pulp fruit flavors, honoring nose with built-in subtle sweetness. Good lasting gifting remarkable sweet apple aftertaste. Paired well with our appetizers, Cheers!
