エノテカのハッピーワインにて。 2022年ヴィンテージ。 めちゃ香水！ 香り高いバラ、梅。 ラズベリーらレッドチェリー、潰したイチゴ。 少し熟成感も出てきていて、バラも梅もラズベリーもイチゴも、セミドライ。 ナツメグ、トースト、ほのかな紅茶も心地良すぎる！ 思いっきり練り梅のアタック。 酸はまだまだピシッと乗って、とっっっても穏やかなタンニンのおかげでスルスル飲めてしまう。 チーズは、ミモレット・ヴィエイユが大優勝。 次点で、熟成ゴーダ。 鰹のタタキのユッケ風にはあんまり…だったな。 ポン酢+練り梅ならまずまずイケたのかも。
