Spumante-stijl Recioto di Soave, een beetje op leeftijd zeg maar. Beetje Calvados-neus, gebakken appeltjes, steenfruit, specerijen en gember. Vrij zachte mousse, wat oxidatieve tonen, noten, gedroogd fruit. Echt iets over de top wel, maar stiekem nog steeds lekker, want voldoende frisheid.
