力強くきめ細かい泡立ちにチャーミングなイチゴ飴のような香りが立ち上る。 落ち着いてきたあとにはブリオッシュの香りも顔を出す。 スッキリとした酸味と飴のようなスイート感が同居していて味わい深い。 後味にもキャンディ感がしっかり。 このキャンディ感はかなり特徴的だが好きなタイプかもしれない。 香りの印象よりもかなりキリッとしているとは思うが深みもあって良きシャンパーニュ。
