以前にも飲んだことがあるシャンパン。 味の感想は前回コメント参照。 今回はボルシチと合わせた。野菜の酸味やうま味がワインの酸味とよく合う。肉類も一緒に入れていたため、ワインの味わいの重さがちょうど良かった。
