トゥールダルジャン東京にてシャンパーニュ比較。デュヴァル・ルロワの「クロ・デ・ブーヴリー2005年」。シャルドネ100％。女性がオーナー、女性が醸造責任者であり、女性らしさなシャンパーニュを造っている。2005年はグレートヴィンテージ。 ・外観：ブドウの熟度が高いため、深みのあるゴールド。 ・香り：凝縮感が強い。ドライフルーツとミネラルと熟成感。ドライアプリコット。熟成によって緊張感がほぐれている。アカシアの蜜、ジンジャーブレッドなど複雑性の高い香り。 ・味わい：非常にレベルが高い。口当たりが良い。凝縮感が高い。果実の甘さと酸のバランスが良い。余韻も非常に長い。 ・リスト価格：72,000円
