Jean-Bernard Métais Amour Pineau d'Aunis Brut

Fully dry, almost austere, with good intensity. Hints of candy (strawberry & cherry) suggest fruitiness, but it’s still dry. Very complex, with underlying autolytics and minerality. Chalk, river stone, slate, yeast, white toast, lemon yogurt. M+ acidity and it evolves in the glass, rounding out and lengthening the (ultimately long) finish.

누룩 향이 나는데 샴페인에서 느끼는 향이랑은 다름. 향에서 꿀, 핵과류 아로마가 강함. 입안에서 인텐시티가 강함. 잔당은 좀 강한데 이에 받혀주는 산도가 많이 아쉬움.
