Paul Bara is a Grower Champagne producer and an original member of the Club Trésors de Champagne. Paul Bara is a seventh-generation family business currently managed by Chantale Bara. Champagne Paul Bara is one of the few Grower Champagne producers in Bouzy. The planted vineyards are 11 hectares in area. Only the first pressing of the grapes is used in Paul Bara wines.

It has a white flower scent and a very refreshing scent. Foaming is strong at first, but changes elegantly over time. An excellent champagne with a high melody. 白い花の香り、とても清涼感のある香りがする。泡立ちは、最初は強いが、時間とともにエレガントに変化する。旋律が高い、優れたシャンパーニュである。
