In 2023 the Winery introduced red and white Aperitif Wines, produced from a blend of alcohol distilled from their grapes and a blend of herbs.

Thx @[1|5356002|Kana Kato] your gift is so great 👌
We were in Shoreditch for a work thing and spotted a lovely wine shop called Bedales on the way home so of course we had to pop in. We loved the white Evolution blend that I bought Mr E for Christmas last year so of course we had to try this out when we saw it on the shelf. We weren’t disappointed- glorious rich ruby colour, velvety smooth tannins, gentle spice and tons of ripe cherry and strawberries. Yum.
Rich and robust plum and raspberry flavors, aromas of cinnamon and mild pencil shavings make for a smooth and luscious red blend.
2022 vintage Cherry and grape, hint of cocoa Raspberry, strawberry, milk chocolate, saline, eucalyptus Medium high acidity and med tannins
Herbaceous wine (bay leaves) with a bitter finish from the syrah. Interesting... 1st time - decanted twice --- DELICIOUS 2nd time - no decanting --- VERY bitter
Full-bodied wine with warm and a bit jammy taste. Taste has dark cherries, spicies, blum and tannins, nice nuances and character. Aftertaste is long, tasty and warm.
Really a cool wine, couldn’t figure out all the different flavors until I saw the unique Italian varietals. A nice pairing for different styles of food
This was a great refreshing wine with big fruit up front with a little pepper at the end and a great lingering taste. For me it was a good smooth table wine with food but great by itself as well.
Blueberry compote and smoked cranberries in nose, bite at first, with a very sweet taste of tart cherry pie filling, tingles in your cheeks. Very dry finish. Very interesting.
Strawberry wine, pure, fruity, smooth, silky, great vintage, although no clue what vintage we're talking about..this one is so easy drinking i killed the botlle all by myself. :-)
Smooth and fruity, with a bit of spice. Low tannin. Interesting offering by Sokol Blosser. We paid $44 in a brasserie but probably more reasonably priced in $12-16 range retail.
Delightful fruit forward but then soft spice at the end. Would pair well with spicy hot food. Easy to drink... A bit too easy.
Very drinkable, touch of tobacco with black pepper but all about the velvet fruit, cherries with wild strawberry. Nv drink now. Very versatile great with a bbq and mates.
Interesting blend. Purple with blueberry aroma, juicy boysenberry cherry and blueberry flavors, soft tannins, good acidity. Easy to drink with or without food, very good!
Nice bold wine. Lots of dark berry and some light cherry notes as well, as hints of wood. Round and full palate. Wife said berry preserve. Just enough tannin and acid to not be flabby. A little tart finish.
Juicy! A delicious red blend that was best served slightly chilled. Black bourbon cherry, red currant, spiced tea, earth. There were also some green notes I cannot articulate. Medium plus bodied, medium plus acidity. Versatile and yummy.
🇺🇸 Oregon Red Blend--4.0⭐️ Mostly Syrah-based red blend; and surprisingly so since Oregon is a cooler climate, but this was a bright, bold, and fruit-forward wine with boysenberry, cherry, and slight pepper notes--and a hint of jammy blackberry in the finish.
2022 Aromas:sweet plum, black cherry, and slight green tobacco and black pepper. Palate: smooth, full body, medium- acidity, medium + tannins. raspberry, black cherry, cola, fresh plum and black pepper and black tea finish.
My review is for Evolution’s Spaekling red as it is not yet on Vivino. It’s on the drier side with good tart raspberry cranberry flavors and nice bubbles. Would make a great mimosa and is great on its own.
The wine was really tight upon opening. Needed about an hour to come to life, but worth the wait. Rich plum color with a pale pink rim. The nose rises out of the glass to meet you with cigar box, cedar shavings, licorice & some faint blueberry notes. Flavors are similar; earthy, under ripe blackberry & cranberry. Fine grained silky tannins. Long, long finish that is a bit spicy. Well crafted wine. Interesting blend of Syrah, Sangiovese & Montepulciano. Costco find from a couple of years ago for
Happy PN Thursday with another vintage of one of my favourites Sokol Bloser winery and this their youthful playful "E" Evolution 2018 is just as yum as it's previous vintage. Consistent drinking pleasure so berry fruity, liquorice, hint of clove, cola, vanilla, purring suave tannins, bright sharpish acidity that keeps the backbone upright, creamy thin cassis, hints of milk chocolate and a makes me happy delicious finish. I'm head over heels over this...love it 😍
Definitely not an old world wine! Opulent fruit, lovely spice, velvety tastes of dark fruits. I thought it would be too much, but after being open an hour or so, it was really quite nice. I’m very much a subtle French wine guy, so this is high praise indeed! I adore Sokol-Blosser PNs. I was anxious to try something else from them. Glad I did!
Lots of fruit up front but not overly bold. Easy drinking with red berries and cherries. Low tannins and medium body. I recall liking other varietals from Sokol blosser and will include this on my list of “Will purchase again” even though I’m not sure which grapes were used in this OR blend.
Musty nose and a hint of red fruit. Smooth body, perfectly ripe red raspberry, undertone of rich strawberry- not sickly sweet. Very well balanced. Nice clicking acidity. Soft earthy tannins and finish. For a blend, this is very nice!
Medium ruby. Nose intensity pronounced. Wine developing. Floral: Acacia. Blossom 1°: red plum, redcurrant, black plum, blackberry, blackcurrant, black cherry Herbaceous: tomato leaf, green bell pepper 2°: MLF: cheese, cream. Oak: vanilla, smoke 3°: fruit - cooked red plum, cooked blackberry. Bottle age: Earth, savoury, forest floor, farmyard. Palate: dry with high acidity, alcohol and tannins. M+ body. Flavour characteristics inc black pepper. Intensity pronounced. Long finish. Outstanding. Age
Soft, dark berry finish, velvety thick. Great dinner with Karen Peter and others. Sweet but tasty despite that.
Enticing nose and nice garnet colour. Super fruity and spicy, medium-full bodied and very versatile. A very decent wine.
Dark fruit and jam on the nose and tongue. A long warm jammy finish. Just what you want in a full bodied red.
Really need a decanter... Cherry and chocolate. Long finish, full bodied, high tannins... Very good!
I really like this fruit-forward red. I've had their white wine before and love it. The red is also fantastic...
Medium body, smooth, mild spice with jammy notes in finish. Maybe cherry. Great Washington red blends
Drinking with BP and JM at the mitre. Comes from Seattle, a big red like no other I've had. I like it. 3rd edition.
Red fruits with cinnamon and smoky flavors. Some fig on the finish ! Great wine- especially after it breathes a bit!
Rich flavors of black cherry and spiced plum pie abound, followed by the daintiest hints of savory notes on the finish.
Fruit forward, Jammie, slight dry finish
Juicy Cherry taste velvet finish red blend.
N - black cherry, raspberries, P - ripe cherries, plum Acid - M/M+ Tannin - M-/M
A little sweet but delicious
Complex fruity good structure good acid great balance
Enjoyed this blend.
Nose of sherry.
Unassuming and delicious!
Blend of 10 red wines. Not too heavy. Great red blend for warmer weather!
Very nice and I liked the surprising green apple taste combined with pepper and tobacco.
A lovely blend of a whole host of grapes. Nose is a lot on oak and ripe black fruit. Some raspberry too. Tastes mainly of red fruit with some cinnamon and some vanilla at the end. A real treat for the price
Amazing for the price! Super jammy, with notes of leather, blackberry, and cherry. Has almost a chewy texture
A gift from Mary and Brad

Selected to pair (well) with a steak and to make some North American colleagues feel more at home… ☺️ Juicy nose with strawberry, dark prune, cassis and clove followed by a smooth palate with beautiful acidity, a pinch of ground pepper, black cherry, black currant, integrated tannins, mocha and clove.
Costco. Not bad overall, definitely fruit forward but not overly jammy. Smooth finish. This was 2021 vintage though not sure why the app wouldn't let me indicate that!
Light, but flavorful. Rediscovered an oldie but goodie for any/every night red blend at a great price. Thank you, Wegman’s
Solid Oregon red. cherry plum
Portico. Richmond, VA
Tasted blind: red cherry, black licorice, savory black pepper spice, meaty, baking spices, oxidatively handled, true mix of red and black fruit, herbal, earthy, chocolate, raisin
Jammy, off dry, and an easy drinking red. Notes of raisin, light oak, and marinated cherry. Enjoyable wine from Oregon!
The bottle label calls this Oregon 🇺🇸 wine a Big Time Red 2021 so what’s in the bottle appears to have a vintage year. Vivino says it both 100% Syrah and 100% Sangiovese? The winery just calls it 2 traditional Italians and one French varieties so don’t really know what grapes are involved. It’s a dark ruby red colour with a medium at best body texture and fruity flavours of dark and red berries, strawberry and plum with light tobacco hints. There’s just an edge of sweetness on the palate. Drin
Pleasant. Light crimson color. Nose is cherry leaf cedar red pepper. Palate is red fruit dominant with coriander red pepper. Absolutely fine but not exciting. Okay at the price.
Middle of the road red that can be sipped alone or paired with some lighter cheeses with an oil and pesto dip. The Italian influence comes through for me because that’s my fave but the addition of the white win mix in it seemed like it was struggling to be unique and missed the mark. Not bad. Not great. But totally drinkable as a stage two wine. IYKYK
Nose - blackberry and cassis Palate - coffee beans and plum compote Finish - bright yet juicy with moderate (-) finish
Inexpensive wine and probably worth the price. Mild. No mention of area of origin other than the US
十何種類ものブレンドらしく、バランス良く複雑。白も入ってるからかなんかサングリアに近い。Cherry coke the America!
Some fun, unusual aromas in this crowd pleasing blend. Syrah is evident, and the minor grapes add some flare. Worth a purchase.
Easy drinking red blend from Oregon. A few Italian varieties. Dry and fruit forward. 13.5% alcohol by volume. A good party wine. Nice and elegant. 87 Points
Something a little different from Oregon. Non vintage and a secret blend but mainly Syrah with Montepulciano amd Sangiovese. Medium bodied Lots of ripe fruit on the nose with cherry and raspberry, some spice and floral notes Black cherry and fresh raspberries initially on the palate. Lead into stewed plums, cinnamon and black pepper Some savoury, smoked meat flavours Long, juicy finish
The final wine from a vendor event was a very unique and juicy red blend. A non-vintage wine, instead produced by edition (this was #4), it also includes some of their white blend. Aromas of ripe berries and pepper. The mouthfeel is smooth, with red plum and a medium finish with some spice.
Agree with the Vivino users on this one. An unusual blend for the area (Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Syrah and a splash of their white blend) and no vintage speak of??? Yet, we are enjoying this Oregon offering after a busy Sunday with a full day at the CNE. Ugh! Anyhow, a dusty, old attic nose (note: not a basement to smell of). Flavours of black currant, blackberry, and tang (not the powdered kid drink). Also, tobacco and spice and a long, long finish. Don't like the lack of vintage identi
Dark berries, cherries, just enough acid to make you keep drinking it, crushed a bottle and didnt even notice. Good everyday wine!
Bright cherry and fruit forward red blend. Silly texture with mild tannins and nice finish. Great value from Dundee Hills in OR.
