Amazing PIWI wine!

Easy-drinking wine with a keen brightness both on the nose and palette... a slight effervescent touch as it hits the palette that is fleeting yet curious enough to keep one thinking delicately throughout the duration of the glass.

Beautiful complex and full on flavour with loads of red and purple fruit. Little tart tone and again smooth balance. Good!

a light red, nose of cinnamon and baking spices and raisins. It smells sweeter than it tastes. Slightly acidic, taste of gasoline/diesel and erasers. Not what I normally go for but I’m glad I tried it!

Troebel. Geen probleem. Mooie licht paarse kleur. In de geur veel jodium, kruiden, rijpe bramen, herfst, wat wee, niet veel zuren. Smaak sappige aardbei, rijp, frisse frambozen, mooie zuren, sap, sap, sap. Blije wijn. Geeft energie. Heerlijk, maar niet super complex. Geeft niks: wel heel erg puur en schoon. Wijn zoals echte wijn moet zijn.

Riecht wie ein leichter Spätburgunder, schmeckt wie ein erwachsener Rotwein. Reife Kirsche im langen Abgang. Fein.

Süffiger SB. Macht Bock auf das 2 und 3 Glas. Entwickelt sich spannend im Glas.

Great example of what a nice Spatburgunder can be 😛 a nice German Pinot Noir with no added SO2 - needs a bit of air to open up - red fruit black cherries raspberry earthy cranberry

Raspberries, umami, herbs, cranberries and a powerful mineral backbone. Reminds me of a red Chablis 😬. With a floral hints. Tasted blind, guess German pinot noir. Lucky I was right 🤣.

On the nose raspberry, oak, black pepper. On the palate nice balance of raspberry, vanilla, lemon zest. One of the best natural reds I’ve tried.

Gekühlt im Sommer eine große Freude! Direkt auf dem Hof genossen… da schmeckts gleich doppelt so gut! Herb, mineralisch und etwas ledrig, ohne dabei alt zu wirken. Die Frische sticht absolut durch.

Jan Matthias-Klein's first "natural" red wine, this is an unfiltered, unsulphured Pinot. The aromas are charming, with exuberant red berries & a hint of wildness. It follows through nicely on the palate, staying very typical, with barely perceptible tannins. Youthful, perhaps not profound but loads of fun. Just don't leave it open overnight... It goes to the dark side... 😥

Hmmm, maybe I've had too much light pinot lately but this didn't seem particularly special. Jammy and light, I probably should have had chilled in summer rather than on a dreary autumn day...
