Loveblock Pinot Noir

大輪のユリの花、白桃のような華やかさのある香り 口に含むとシュワっと感の後に舌先で甘味を感じる。その後を酸味が追いかけ、後味はほのかに苦い。 甘みは蜂蜜のようなリッチなテクスチャーを感じる。ワインだけでも楽しめる存在感がありつつも、酸味もあるので飲み疲れしない

Lychee, rose dominate the nose. Apple, lime, lychee, mango, and a touch of grass. Clean, crisp, light body with just a hint of minerality, and a soft acidity to balance everything out. Fantastic!

Super aromatic gewurztraminer. Lychee, rose, pear, melon, flowers, really smells like you walked into the florist on the nose. Lychee is really present on the nose. Slight residual sugar, well balanced and smooth mouthfeel. As someone not well acquainted with gewurtz this is a lovely introduction! With @[1|66874701|Hailey Wilson]

ゲヴェルツ、甘み強く、ハチミツや花の香り、好きなタイプ

A solid 4.2 A pale, kind yellow in the glass. Contained, with a lovely gevurtz floral top of lily of the valley and lilac with a spritz of apple and of pear. All turning from gold to the green of stale watercress. Finely tuned firm with piquant acid.

2020 vintage. I have a thing for Gewürztraminer but they are almost always too sweet for me. This one was surprisingly mutual. It’s like drinking a fluid with rose and lychee aromas. Would pair so well with Asian dishes.

果実味はあるがフルーティとかフローラルとか薄っぺらいものではない。紅茶の風味という触れ込みだがそこまで爽やかでもない。酸味と渋味を備えているが、押しつけがましくない。稀有な味。
