Quinta do Noval Douro

Um excelente vinho, com uma maturação bem conseguida. Odores fortes, na boca torna-se suave e encontramos frutos vermelhos, assim como chocolate.

Na jaren eindelijk begonnen om de wijnen die ik tijdens lidmaatschap Commanderij Land van Rhode gedronken heb toe te voegen aan Vivino. Omdat het jaren geleden is geef ik de gemiddelde scores. Fijne kerstdagen en een voorspoedig 2024 gewenst!

Wine 6/6, Ramekins & Wine's 'Easter Fine Wine' tasting, paired with mini egg cheesecake, salted chocolate cremeux & cinnamon. Blackberry, fig, black cherry, cocoa dust, a touch of florality. Another relatively classic match, working well with the chocolate notes & a saline hint.
