Rose “Champagne” from Napa?! Amazing, surprising... The best bubble from the US, and one of the best rose bubble I’ve ever tasted. Vivinoの評価の高さ、インポーターからの絶賛もあって試してみたが…驚愕の完成度、驚愕のクリーンな熟成。並のシャンパーニュのプレスデージュキュヴェを凌駕する感動。安い買い物ではないが、決して後悔させない。 Oakville産のピノというのも驚きだが、確かにあの辺りはピノを作っており、想像以上の出物だったのを思い出した。ナパらしい、ふくよかで暖かい果実味だが、驚くべきは、繊細な酸が走っており、極めて健全に塾生している点。フランボワーズ、苺のアロマ、旨味の乗った余韻、超一流と断言できる。冷やし過ぎず、大きめのグラスで楽しみたい。

Bone dry rosé sparkling. This 2005 is likely at its peak. Fine bubbles, tart, almost tannic on the palate. Wet stone, lime on the finish. Quite surprising and really interesting choice - but expensive at 150€+

Curious that made from 2000 years clone that was brought by Dr. from south England (!) 🤷🏽‍♂️ Noble pale pink color, nice mousse, med.+ intensity aromas of roses, strawberry, cherry, round and silky, fuller body and creamy. Strawberry, toast and citrus tones. A very nice crisp sparkling wine. Terrific champagne from Napa. Love it.
