Another Fantastic cab from Paso. Very rich fruit and oak that continues to taste fuller as it opens. vanilla, oak, chocolate, plum and a hint of leather.

Really nice. No strong tannins. Went well with a filet mignon trio with mushroom sauce and shrimp sauce and just plain. Smooth.

Very unique cab. Bright and fruit-forward, with cherry and plum on the nose, and black-cherry on the palate. Paired well with a Delmonico steak. I really enjoyed this.

Just an excellence cab! Flavors of oak, blackberry, and leather. Really nice and long finish as well. Would definitely recommend. Had with friends and they were delighted

Plush, jammy, long unctuous finish, abundance of black fruit, needs a heavy meal to complement. complex each sip leaves you with a unique impression.

Wow, an incredible cab. Nose full of floral bouquets, toasted oak, palate of ripe dark fruit, fig, cedar, vanilla and tobacco. Full bodied and refined tannins. Mmmh!

Nose of dark cherry, leather and some pepper. Initial taste is bold red fruit, some caramel sweetness. Silky smooth going down. The finish is slightly dry with some coffee. My favourite cab so far!

Deep dark blood red / black yet glossy and bright definitely not dull & lifeless which is a hint at what is to come on every level. Lifted nose of dark black fruit blackberry black currant but with interest from mocha and nutmeg baking spice characters on the nose. Boom this wine is a riot of mixed ripe black fruit in the mouth - blackberry boysenberry black currant along with that mocha and spice from the nice with savoury earth spice characters along with cedar and tobacco leaf / black tea.

Great cab from Austin hope . Seems to be a non vintage but under to Hope umbrella . Austin makes some outstanding Cabernet reds . This is one.

Gentle nose blackberry and vanilla, deep dark red fruit on the pallet, dry, medium tannins. Long finish with multiple layers. Very dark color.

Wife says 5, but not quite for me. Sophisticated wine with cherry and light earth notes. Smooth but light. Tannins are there but not too strong.

A tart blackberry and cassis nose with legs. It has a dry tongue, and a slightly disappointingly simple finish. The poor man’s Cakebread.

4.5* delicious wine, deep cab flavor, smooth. Not as complex and structured, a bit juicy like Caymus is. But great wine for that price point.

4.3 I haven’t had a bad Austin Hope yet. Bold, fruit forward but balanced. Keeps you wanting more. This isn’t their best vintage but still delicious and recommended.

vanilla oak blackberry cherry chocolate plum leather earthy but this is one nuanced complex wine. Everything that Austin does trades on the name of this wine.

Beautiful Austin Hope Cabernet Paso Robles wine. Rich and ripe black fruits. Get a nice note of vanilla. Gorgeous deep purple color and lovely aromas. Pairing so well with heavy Indian foods!

The 2015 vintage shows a deep plum color with tastes of black fruit coupled with a smooth velvety finish. Medium plus body and round tannins. Best cab at this price point.

Jammy with dark berries. Rose petals and a hint of vanilla on the nose. Solid tannins but well balanced over all. Would pair well with a hamburger. An excellent Cab for the price.

Amazing cab. Fruit forward with raspberries, strawberry, and a little cherry. Some dark fruit as well. Balanced oak, and vanilla that doesn’t overwhelm. Very soft tannins.

25.11.30 Sherri’s birthday dinner. Rated the 2022 at 4.5. One of my lifetime favorite Cabernets. Sherri loved it too. The Keg full lite bottle for only $52. Amazing wine.

Smooth and well balanced. Lots of fruity notes and some pepper great finish. Deep and strong wine with good tannins - blackberry, plums.

This is a very interesting cab, with a Syrah-like juicyness. Kinda came on like a baller blend instead of varietal. Spicy yet supple, pleasing mouth-feel. Cigar box nose.

Wow. I can’t believe how good this Cab is!! This is a better wine than so many of the best from Napa. Enjoy the rich, butterscotchy flavor. It will set you up for a phenomenal evening.

Friend recommended this. I’d say it rivals the Silver Oak Cab from Alexander Valley. This has a lonnnggggg finish. Lots of dark fruit and oak. Notes of Vanilla as well. I enjoyed it.

4.6 - The 2019 is a big step up from 2018. Velvety smooth, chocolate covered cherry with a touch of oak and earth. Outstanding wine for the price.

Oh so good. Long mouthwatering finish that ends with coffee notes. Perfect pairing for steaks. This is a severely underpriced wine. I'd pay 30-40 bucks more for a wine of this quality.

知り合いの方からお薦め頂いたワイン。会食に持ち込んでみんなで堪能。あとからのレビューなので細かくは書けませんが、すごく素直で全体的にレベルの高い濃厚なワイン。カリフォルニアっぽいイメージ。何か特筆というよりは非の無い優れたワイン。

上品なバランスの取れた樽効いた果実味、とても滑らかな飲み心地。意外にうまい！ Elegantly balanced oaky fruit, very smooth drinking.Surprisingly good!
