Great full body Cabernet. Excellent with a red meat dinner but smooth and easy enough to drink by itself.

Smooth and full-bodied. Oak, smoke, vanilla, dark fruits, prune, licorice, pepper, a little lavender. Nice with salsiccia pasta. Also good with raspberries dipped in chocolate. Had on Mother's Day.

Wife wants this as our go to Cab. I personally thought it was ok but not that great. Very smooth and refined taste.

Full bodied deeply extracted rounded Paso Robles cab. 2017 vintage. Will gain a bit more complexity in just a few more years in the cellar

I’ve reviewed this wine many times in the past and it’s one of my favorites. A nice change up from the mediocre Cabernet that I had just beforehand.

A powerful and rich palate of ripe fruit with some savoury and sweet spice.

2018 vintage. Inviting cherry and vanilla nose. This bottle truly surprised me (though I’m a fan of Paso Robles), such a velvety experience on the palate. Extremely balanced tannin and oak. Putting this in rotation. 😉

90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petite Verdot, and 4% Cabernet Franc. 18 months French Oak, 67% new. Deep ruby red, 14.9% alcohol, medium plus acid, medium plus tannins. Opens with blueberries, tobacco, tar, and vanilla. Palette offers rich black plum, dark cherry, licorice and cocoa. Finish has rich concentrated dark fruit, leather, baking spice, balanced acidity and chewy tannins. Fantastic wine.

I am so grateful I get to get this wine in $47 because im on a trip to Las Vegas, this is really sweet. It has vanilla, pepper, and just about the right amount of spicy on the nose.

Beautiful, light, beautiful. Summer drinking. 52% Cab Franc and 48% Gamay Noir - the later which gives a spritely kick. Gorgeous wine

Ripe plum, blackberry and more Brett on this one. Had a lot of chocolate and vanilla on the palate with a bit of smoke. Medium finish. Super enjoyable. A bit of funk but it was a fresh bottle.

Nose of cherry, vanilla and some chocolate. More fragrant than the base J.Lohr. Initial taste is mocha/chocolate and some red fruit. Velvety/smooth texture. Doesn’t taste as strong as you would expect with 15.1 % alcohol. Not as dry as the regular J. Lohr. Smooth!

J lohr is a Paso name most people assume is just not doing the area justice. Wrong. This cab at around 30$ drinks almost as well as Austin hope. I fell for the parlor trick. After doing a blind taste test of Austin Hope, Justin, and j lohr, most picked this one. Call me crazy, but J lohr is turning out some really good wines right now. Rich and smooth. Vanilla and oak. I've been waiting to try this one for a while, and it was worthy the wait.

This wine is an incredible value. Delicious blackberry on the nose and the attack. The blackberry rolls into baking spice and vanilla, with a great oaky finish. Delicious.

A lot to unpack with this one. Structure along with ripe blackberries and plums. There is some earthy goodness mid palate and the whole package is very good for its price point. Good food wine.

This is a well balanced, smooth cab with flavors of oak, and mild blackberry, with earthy notes.

Lovely Cab Sauv - cherry and strawberry, a little sweeter than I would generally choose, but also with oak, vanilla and chocolate.

Bold and powerful but not overkilled with tanis ...full body , smoothly crafted ....oak, berries, cherries , chocolate ...A solid Cabernet

Nice glass of J Lohr Hilltop Cab with my dinner tonight and it's from Paso Robles and the blend is 95% Cabernet Sauvignon with small amounts of Petit Verdot and Malbec

Needs about half hour of air. Ripe blackberries, smooth vanilla, mocha tannins. Reminds me of right bank Bordeaux. Nicely balanced and subtle. Great with flat iron steak.

It a well balanced wine, to me it felt like a light Bordeaux at first on it own. Light nuance of oak, cherry, chocolate and very light vanilla. Nice acidity, but with red beef meat, the Cabernet Sauvignon flavour worked well and it was more noticeable vanilla and nutty. Excellent overall.

On the nose: orange cherry vanilla grape jelly oak On the palette: blackberry vanilla blueberry dark fruit licorice jam Really smooth without overly gripping tannins. Nice velvet mouth feel, that really impresses me. It’s more dark or black than red, with some good oak but nothing overdone. This feels like a good value well executed cab sauv, won’t offend anyone and will probably age well. Mine was a 2023 and was missing some aging, drank in 2026.

アロヨセコのchardonnay、非常にリーズナブルで美味なコクのある1本です。ヴィンテージは2018年産です。 リンゴの蜜を彷彿とさせる膨よかな香りと味わい、余韻の広がり方も重厚感があって美味しいです。 アルコール度数は14%、脚も長く素晴らしいです。

LA. Costoco $25.99 なんとなく飲んでいなかったお土産ワイン。大好きなパソ•ロブレスのカベルネ。 濃いレッド。アンティークな香りに期待が高まります。 想像通りのスミレ、ブラックベリーに爽やかな酸。軽やかなタンニン。後味の苦味。 うん。美味しい！ パソ•ロブレスの、カベルネらしいスミレ感に久しぶりに感動です。 2021年産、少し若さを感じますが熟成させたらさらに美味しくなるんだろうなと想像します。

Fruity aromas are cherry, plum and blueberry accented with dark chocolate and vanilla. High tannins strike the palate and finish with a high-toned fruit signature.

Powerful aromas of coconut, pepper anise. Very smooth tropical and dry. Citrus well balanced with pineapple, orgeat, sunflower. Well balanced short and sweet. I like. I like a lot.

Vanilla oak, chocolate, dark chocolate, ripe cherry. This is another great Paso Cab. Suggest trying this if you have only had the popular tier wine!

A fantastic Cab Sauv from J Lohr! Deep ruby in the glass. Nose is massive and deep. Lots of dark fruit with blackberry, blackcurrant, plum, and black cherry. Vanilla and oak. Very full bodied. Completely fills and coats the mouth. Medium(+) acidity. Tons of fruit on the palate. A bit of vanilla and dark chocolate. Great integrated tannins. Long finish.

Polaris lounge IAD. Very enjoyable fruity dark plum with chocolate backdrop. A little spicy. Will buy again.

Rich. Cherry. Acid is decent.

A good Cabernet Sauvignon that does not have a lot of strong tannins for its age, which makes it a great wine to drink at its age

Juicy with medium tannins. Full bodied and got better with time.

Definitely yummy. Lots of cherry. Is the balance worth the increased QPR? I am not 100% sure.

Nice sipper. Loads of stewed strawberry with hints of rose petal. Light and fruity. Some watermelon on the finish. Could have used some more acidity.

Gamay characteristics of cotton candy, watermelon and cranberry on the nose with a palate that resembles a light Pinot noir showing savoury berries, tea and earthy flavours.

Light garnet, light pronounced aromas of: cranberry, raspberry, strawberry, rose petals, cream and swedish berries and red cherries! Dry, high acid, med body, med alcohol- has some heat on the finish
