Medium ruby, translucent. Very nice nose with sour cherry, some oak, earthy but no funk. Bone dry, elegant fruit, soft tannins, medium plus acidity, nice balance, pleasant medium length finish. Very drinkable & a good benchmark CC. 13.0% ABV. $20 at Specs, Sangiovese blend.

Black cherry and leather on the nose. Cherry, dark fruit, leather and dried violet on the palette. Medium tannins, well balanced with a good finish. Paired with pepperoni pizza.

Brilliant ruby red colour. Notes of cherry, raspberry and sweet violet. The flavour is dry, with delicate tannins and a fresh acidity

2016 vintage was one of the best bottles I've ever purchased in its tax bracket. Testament that you can get world class wine for $20CAD. If it has a tomato sauce base it will probably pair just nicely from pizza, lasagna, to chili cheese buns. Probably the best intro to Chianti

Next came this Chianti Classico — a pretty solid pour. Easy-drinking, balanced, with smooth tannins and gentle fruit. But for me, “easy drinking” took on a different meaning. By this point, I was a werewolf under a full moon — thirst awakened, pulse quickening. The calm appreciation for the wine was fading into something far more primal. The night — and my drinking rage — had officially begun.

옅은 루비색을 띄고, 체리, 라즈베리, 흙의 쿰쿰함, 약간의 오크향이 났음. 끼안티 클라시코의 기본에 충실했고, 알코올이 약간 튀었지만 좋았음.

Toegankelijke CC, rijpe kersen, pruimen, leer, iets kruiden. Mondgevoel is zalvend. De zuren zijn niet al te zeer aanwezig. Ging uitstekend bij mijn pappardelle met wildzwijn in San Gimignano (Il Feudo).

Not sure what was going on here but it was served with veal and worked extremely well. Sensible flavours.

Good wine to pair with Italian food. Felt it could have popped more in flavors. Definitely had the cherry and such. Didn’t analyze as closely as it was a dinner party. Maybe try elsewhere just for variety, but I would never complain about this either. cherry

Excellent with pizza and pasta with meat sauce. Bold, med+ body with red cherry and raspberry, grippy yet integrated tannins and a "spicy" kick. Love it.

Medium garnet. Dried red fruit. A little pine nut on the nose. Definitely has Brett with that barnyard funk on the nose and palate, but overall, I don’t really mind it. A little herbal, with sage. Earthy notes, dirt, on the finish. Medium body, medium tannins. Medium-plus, mouthwatering acid. Medium alcohol. Dry. Decent Chianti for the price, thanks to great acid.

Un Chianti in piena regola,forse uno dei piú conosciuti per lo meno in toscana. Ottima fattoria. Il Chianti in questione é forse il vino piú popolare fra i suoi vini. Bel colore rubino acceso. Bei profumi di more e lamponi. In bocca ciliegia e quercia si intrecciano in un corpo con buona struttura insieme a note di terra e cuoio. I tannini ci sono e ai sentono, lasciando belle percezioni sulla lingua. Il palato invece resta asciutto. Bel vino.

Chianti bastante simples, mas extremamente honesto. Aromas de frutas vermelhas e negras, também traz especiarias principalmente pimenta preta. Na boca é agradável e bastante ligeiro. Pelo relação custo beneficio vale muito a pena. Bom vinho Italiano 🇮🇹 .

Buon Chianti dal colore rosso rubino brillante. Al naso sentori di viola, frutti rossi maturi, legno, tabacco e fiori ed erbe aromatiche. In bocca un buon connubio tra le note dei frutti come ciliegia matura e fragolina di bosco, e le suggestioni che rimandano all'affinamento in legno come sentori di quercia e (più lievi) le spezie. Abbastanza tannico e pastoso ma di buona beva grazie a una buona acidità, finale asciutto con forti suggestioni terrose.

Serviceable btg option for some solid Italian food. Chicken Parmesan to be exact. Red fruit of Sour cherry cranberry & raspberry with some Earthy oak tobacco smoke dried herbs & licorice Wasn’t mad at it, worked for dinner, would not buy a bottle.

Medium garnet in colour, with a watery rim. Smells spicy, and of plums and tart cherries. Tastes earthy with a salty finish.

A little too light for my taste but it goes down smoothly. The flavors are a little too subtle for me but my palette is still developing so you can't really read too much into that. All that said it pairs brilliantly with my risotto. A little bubbly.
