Oenops Xinomavro

A very different approach on xinomavro, natural vinification with low sulfites. Funky mouth, lots of fruit and medium+ finish.

ブラインドテイスティング。 淡いルビーの色合いとピュアな赤系果実の香りにすこし漬物みたいなのが混ざっていて、当初はピノ・ノワールなんかも候補にでつつ、でもピノにしてはタンニンが結構しっかり。 ネッビオーロかネレッロかなとか思って、結局クシノマヴロとは…！ 本当に難しい！

Fresh but inexpensive. Nose of cherry red fruitand some leather on the background. Medium acidity and low tannins. Impressive lasting aftertaste.

Notes of oak, tobacco and smoke on the nose together with cherry and strawberry and red fruit. Light and fruity with medium to high acidity.
