Nariz muy sofisticada Boca perfecta. Mineral, redonda,

Lo tomé hace unos días y me pareció excepcional pero estaba recién vacunado y me tumbó con una copa. Super fresco, fresa, cuerpo bajo y super suave. Un vino estupendo y que merece la pena respecto del Mencía base de Guímaro pero que no es para todos los gustos. Un pelín dulce incluso.

Paired with red and dark meats, excellent.

역삼 와인스 구매/ 미디엄 바디 정도의 외관/ 장미, 체리, 토마토 캐릭터에 더해서 뭔가 스파이스? 계피? 한약? 같은 향신료 내음이 있음/ 그윽한 느낌의 나무 내음도/ 검붉은 과실류의 향 사이로 새콤한 느낌 올라옴/ 일단 굉장히 드링커블함/ 아주 약한 단 맛, 상당히 dry, 상당히 강한 산미, 약한 탄닌/ 멘시아 품종은 처음인데 확실히 가볍고 경쾌한 느낌이 있음/ 하지만 바디감에서 빈 느낌은 전혀 없음/ 조금 더 쿰쿰한 느낌의 피노누아 캐릭터? / 가격 대비 만족도 매우 높음

The best about this wine was Pedro telling us the story of its origins, impossible not to love it. It goes amazing with some cured meats and cheeses, but if you are in Ribeira Sacra try it with seafood, sounds weird but pairs reallly good

Linear, focused, great Mencia out of Spain with raspberry, cherry, earthy, leather, pepper, and cinnamon notes plus some dark fruit and oak. Variedad de uvas principalmente garnacha y mencia. Vino suave pero con cuerpo. Rico. Es un buen ejemplo de la evolución de los vinos tintos mencia

I poured this mainly Mencía with Merezano, Caíno tinto & Sousó at the end of a tasting with friends & it provoked sighs of pleasure. Intriguing nose of smoke, funk, animal, ash, dark beautiful cherry, blueberry, liquorice, subtle baking spices & tea spices. Mid body feel (yet 13%), crisp steely acidity & tasty mid tannins. Palate as above, lovely texture. This is still young at 6 years of age. Brilliant VFM. 3,95⭐️++ now.

Fresco y ahumado. Sotobosque, humedad, tierra, pocos taninos y sin mucha acidez. He tomado mencias mejores. Seguimos explorando.

Fruta roja, herbáceos, tensión mineral. Quizás el tanino un poco verde. Buena opción de entrada para Guímaro.

En stor näve röd mogen frukt, utöver standard så finns en syrlig mix av hallon/granatäpple. Kickar in en portion örter med dova toner av jord och trä. Känner en trevlig lätt herbal/medicinal smak utan att vara en jobbig tandkräm. Smaskens lätt kyld, hade behövt lite mer grepp i tanninerna (sandiga och nedskruvade) för att möta upp en mustig (oljig) ragu. Lite väl mkt godisfeeling efter ett par glas men passar nog till mycket och på tumanhand. Trevlig bekantskap för 2hunkan.

酢豚に合わせると良き。

👃: Oak, Red fruits: plums, cherries, and marmalade. Mainly tertiary notes, but I get a sort of cream+fruit smell. 👅: Oak and red fruits. Much lighter than the nose indicated. It is actually a very smooth wine with mid-high acidity.

Es ya la segunda botella que tomo después de unos años. Aquella la había disfrutado mucho más... y quizá no sea culpa del vino: pueden influir el momento, la comida, el estado de ánimo, etc. En cualquier caso, se repiten sensaciones de frescura, frutosidad, equilibrio y buen hacer de la bodega. Caerá otra. Pelín caro.

Detta vin behöver några år i källaren!

Nez de barrique avec une belle acidité. Vin bien travaillé comme un petit bourgogne. Agréable en bouche sans aucune agressivité. Très bon petit vin de tous les jours .

Vino con unos aromas muy particulares que es fácil de beber y bastante ligero aunque para mi gusto le falta algo de cuerpo y personalidad

Dark and inky with high acid and tannins. Dark cherry. Blackberry, raspberry minerals and cranberry.

Erdbeere, leicht alkoholische Nase. Rosinen, eher an Rumtopf erinnernt Am Gaumen sehr leicht, Waldbeeren, leicht grün im Abgang mit doch spürbaren Alkohol.

The Pinot of Spain? Red berries and spices. Not as good as Pinot but the transparency is the same

Cherry cola, earthy and animal notes

Muy ácido incluso me ha recordado al poso de sidra. De los tres bebedores a uno le ha gustado mucho, a otro le ha parecido bien y a mi no me ha terminado de gustar. No quiero decir que sea un mal vino, que no lo es, pero me convencen más los mencías bercianos que he probado.

Vino muy mineral. Interesante Ribera Sacra. Añada 2022

Acidic, sharp and intense

Lo siento pero no. O yo no tengo paladar para este tipo de vino, o es que realmente no es para tanto y la fama ha construido un bluff. Es verdad que todos hablan de A Ponte, pero aquí veo mucha nota para lo que realmente es. Ácido, casi agrio, fuerte, duro. Muy agreste, violento. Se ve que está trabajado pero recuerda demasiado al pellejo de la uva... No me gusta.
