カベルネフランを学ぶ会、ピーマン、ごぼう、揚げたし豆腐のつゆ、甘さはない、下支え、基礎、なるほど混ぜて使いやすそう、カベルネフラン100のワインが珍しいのがわかる気がする、時間たってきたら豚肉ヒレステーキ白胡椒、ひじきの煮物

そんなに渋くなくて美味しい 深みがあるので fromage chèvre くらい個性的なものに合う

個人的には好きな感じだった！ 色は少し深みのあるルビーレッド。粘り気は感じられないスッキリした感じ。 香りはベリー系の果実の香り。 苦味も酸味も強く感じるものはなく、軽めだがバランスの良い感じ。 口に入れたときは少しアルコールの香りを感じるが、少しすると果実の香りが良い。 ややスレンダーかも知れないが、バランスの良いワインだと思う。

M+tannin. Medium alcohol. Pronounced flavor intensity. Long finish. 果実味はまだまだフレッシュ。一瞬シラーと迷ったが、カベルネフラン特有のグラファイトをしっかり感じられたので迷いが消えた。テキストブックのようなカベルネフラン。もう少し寝かせたのを飲んでみたい。

書籍「最高のワインを買い付ける」より 著者 カーミット・リンチ 訳者 立花峰夫 ハーブのようなピーマンに近い苦味が、思いのほか深く爽やか。赤く小さな果実味がピュアで可愛い。 どちらも滑らかにじんわりと浸透していくさまが、ありふれた食事の一時を趣のある今に向き合う時間に変貌させる。

カベルネ・フラン。 エレガントなのに骨太。 飲み続けられる。 おすすめの生産者です。 シャルルジョゲさんは とてもいい方です。 お人柄がワインにでてます。

ラズベリー チェリー プラム ブラックチェリー しゃぶしゃぶと合わせて飲みました。 酸味があり、重くなく飲みやすいワイン。食事との相性も良かったです。

小西 フルーティ Easy to drink 美味しい

仏ロワール・シノンのカベルネフラン単一の赤。 透けるが濃い黒赤に、ピーマン、スモーク、炭、チェリー、石灰、鉄の香り。 丸いアタックから、柔らかな赤系ベリーのよく熟した果実味に、酸もタッチはごくソフトでロワールのカベルネフランのピラジン一辺倒というイメージが覆されるスタイル。勿論ピラジン香はあるが程よいアクセント程度。タンニンも程よい引き締め方でまろやかかつソツがない。 なかなか美味しい。

Mooie cab franc, sappig en rood fruit, zoutje en meaty

Smooth, accessible bit of a lush wine. Not too fancy with some great soft tones of fruit while not too raspberry ish. Wish I had another.

Very drinkable. Like this light cab franc. Blueberry + pepper, tastes fresh and brighter than the usual cab francs I tend to reach for. Enjoyed this on Fathers Day with the family.

Quite underrated. Cherry, raspberry, red plum, really expressive OW characteristics, slightly earthy, pyrazines like sprouts and broccoli. Med+ acidity, med round tannins, med- body and alcohol, juicy cherry, cranberry, wild raspberry,great oak i tehration with some cloves and black pepper. Superb Chinon for the price!

2018 Vintage. 13,5% Alcohol. Brown red colour. Very earthy, raspberry nose. Taste of raspberry, herbs like thyme, rosemary. Clean, slight acid, slightly tannin , spicy aftertaste. Well balanced wine. Bought at one of my favorite shops Okhuysen Haarlem.

Ruby wine with joyful cherry, cassis, raspberry nose with good intensity and herbaciousness. Some vanilla is nicely incorporated. Really juicy, fine structure, tension and freshness. Ockhuysen Loire masterclass

3.8. A 3.5 rating seems a bit low! From the first whiff you can tell this wine comes from cabernet. Pepper! And black fruit. The palette takes away the sauvignon option and, by elementary deduction my dear friends, it's a franc. It's a franc! A light franc which is quite pleasant. Showing black fruits: blackberries, blueberries, mulberries, perhaps some plum, white pepper, black pepper, bell pepper, brambles and a really dry finish. Super Dry!

Mixture of lingonberry and blueberry on the nose, some light white pepper and floral notes, ripe raspberry and earthy background. Plenty of blueberry and fresh plum on the palate, followed by subtle minerality, flavours of forest berries and tea. Soft tannins, easy and fresh acidity.

Fragrant with dark robe in the glass. Notes of red berries, cherry, cassis, cedar, and mild peppery notes. The tannins are seamless and there’s ample acidity to keep the freshness going. Another delicious Joguet.🍷

(4.0) Ruby red color, an interesting nose with red fruit (raspberry), blackberry and the rasping savour of pencil shavings. Also some green olives and bell pepper. On the palate lots of fruitiness, subtle tannins and lively acidity. Would drink this a little cooler. @ Okhuyzen

Woah. This one came out of nowhere. Really impressed with this Cab Franc from Charles Joguet! Lovely ruby colour in the glass. Nose is really complex and enjoyable. Raspberry, cherry, old leather, stone, plum, and wood. Palate is fresh with great acidity and subtle tannins. More red fruit with a greater emphasis on plum, black cherry, and blackberry. A little pepper. Finish is long with smoke, pepper, and tobacco. Would absolutely get this again!

Joguet makes one of the best chinon wines I know (did you know chinon /Cabernet Franc was most appreciated by royals before England started importing Bordeaux/Cabernet Sauvignon (Clairet)? Although Joguet makes better ones this one is balanced with multi layer smells and tastes. Leather, animal, black fruits and red fruits come in phases. Thin and Inky as cf can be. Imagine a day in your heavy metal knight suit finding Jeanne D’Arc at your fireplace in your castle and sipping this Chinon wine. W

tasted this about a year ago and got some bottles. still loving it. Elegant chinon, fresh and fruit forward. Light tannins and medium acidity. Works well at cellar temperature, but the summer heat heats it up rather quickly at the moment.

¥3,318+T AC Chinon Cabernet Franc 100% Deep garnet colour. Firm acidity and slight sweetness. Medium body. It goes well with dishes because of its acidity.

Red berries, cherry, red currants. Leather and some tobacco. Minerals and saline, typical of the region. Light to medium body with medium tannins and good acidity.

Back to some Loire revision ahead of next year. Red cherry, smoke, earth, green bracken, high acid. Went well with a charcuterie platter this evening after Sunday lunch with friends.

フランス、ロワール。カベルネ・フランのワイン。フィラデス、6月の家飲み4本セットで購入。カベルネ・フラン単一品種ワイン。しっかり味わいます。 グラス越しの外観は、深みがあって、艶のある、紫がかった濃いダークチェリーレッド。濃淡は、やや濃い。レッグスは、やや太く、粘性は、やや強い印象。熟成度が高い感じ。 香りは、チャーミングに、カシス、ブラックチェリー。僅かに、甘くジャム。紅茶。植物的なスミレ、西洋杉。スパイスは、ハーブ。熟成感が現れている印象。 味わいは、やや軽いアタックから、甘みは、まろやか。酸味は、生き生きとしていて、タンニンは、さらさらとしている。ジューシーなバランスで、アルコールは、やや強め。余韻は、やや長い。 美味しいです◎口に含むと、香りのイメージ通り、ブラックチェリーの様な味わい。余韻にバランスのいい酸味と、優しいタンニン。レッドチェダーチーズと美味しく頂きました。

フレッシュな赤果実とブルーベリーなどの酸が豊富な黒果実。ピラジンなどの香りはとても控えめ。樽は使用していないのに少し煙のような香り。タンニンは少しザラザラしているが料理などとは合わせやすそう。

Fresh vibrant and bright Chinon. Picked this up a few years ago and didn't dig in until now. Honestly, I'm not a huge cab franc fan but this really makes me want to try more. Very Bordelais nose with notable earthy notes on top of the classic green bell pepper and raspberry characteristics. Denser and fuller than the palate which was a surprise. Fantastic Cab Franc but don’t age it more than 5 years. Best drink in its youth. Still tasting beautiful but I prefer it more fruity. Red fruit and green pepper. M body, M+ acidity, M intensity, M+ finish. Very good quality. Chinon is a terrific place to visit. Cave tours are abundant!

常温で飲んだ。16℃くらい。 色は黒みがかったルビー。粘性はそこそこ。 香りはプラム、ダークチェリー、熟したストロベリーのような感じ。湿った土、チョコレート、コーヒー、青い草、ピーマン、黒胡椒、シナモン、アニスのようなニュアンスもある。 味の第一印象は酸味が主で、裏に僅かな甘味を感じる。チャーミングな渋みを伴う。中盤も同様の味のバランスで、渋みは若干強まる。余韻は酸味が主で、裏にごく僅かな甘味を感じる。チャーミングな渋みを伴う。持続時間はそこそこ。全体的に熟した果実味と青っぽい草の香りが複雑さを生み、独特なコントラストがある印象。

(3,7) More of a fruity than a wild, rural Cabernet Franc. Which makes for a fine drinkable approach to Cabernet Franc. Strawberries, berries. Some woody herbs. Subtle chewiness. Fruity, yet dry.

Very good wine, with a decent length, good intensity and complexity, but lacking balance. 👀Medium ruby 👃🏻Medium+ intensity aromas of cranberry, raspberry, cassis, blackberry, bramble, black cherry, green bell pepper, black currant leaf, medicinal, vanilla, smoke, dried blackberry, farmyard, leather and earth. 👅The wine is dry with high acidity, medium tannin, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity and a medium+ finish.

Organic, pretty masculine but nicely balanced & well priced Cabernet Franc. Clean & solid ruby at abv.14% (really high for this area). Med.intense N: cherry, tart currant, blackberry. Whiffs of drying nettle, coffee & licorice. P: med.bodied & dry. Med.intense acidity, smooth & sweet tannins. Fruity & spicy with soft herbal bitterness on exit, warming aftertaste. Boldiness sticked well to lamb chops. Very gastronomic & nice Chinon.

One from the past 12.5 alc from 2011 from Charles Jouget in Chinon, lovely fresh nose , still concentrated in mouth with nice soft blackberry and tannins all gone , change from high alc wines was great.

シャルル・ジョゲ シノン クロ・デュ・シェーヌ・ヴェール 2019 うーん…まだまだかたい。 時間をかけていただくと甘みや、フランらしい味わいが出てくるのですが、口開け直後は青さ、スパイシーさが前面に出て、まったく本領発揮できていない様子。もう何年か待つか、デキャンタージュをお勧めします。

pepper black cherry mushroom 青々しさ、やや鋭い、濃さも感じるワイン。少し堅い？のかな。もっと軽めの方が好きだけど、こういうのもたまにはいいんじゃないかと思う。結構たくさん飲んだけど翌日は全然平気でした。

フレッシュなラズベリーやチェリーの香り。 ベジタブル、バラの花のニュアンスも。 アタックは中程度。しっかりした酸味とタンニン。バランスのとれたワイン。

Blackcurrant black cherry plum prune raisin vanilla oaky medium intensity, medium plus acidity and medium tannin, body and alcohol and finish

Color is dark ruby with a hint of purple. Nose of cherry, black currant with a hint of green pepper and mint. On the palate, smooth tannin and mild acidity. Some sweetness cause easiness to drink. This wine matches various food.

Sour cherry, raspberry, dried plum, eucalyptus mint, coffee, mushroom, and wet leaves tertiary notes, slight faint of vanilla from oak, Lacking a solid structure to hold the wine together, the tannin is somewhat rough.

Garnet in color with some brick hues. Green bell pepper dominates on the nose with faint hints of forest floor. Raspberry and wet gravel on the palate with a spiciness throughout. Medium plus acidity with mild tannins. Long mineral finish with saline elements.

Belle surprise sur ce vin léger (mais pas du tout maigre), souple avec des beaux arômes de fruits rouges et noirs évolués. Bonne pioche.

As a result, this wine is of good quality and is not suitable for bottle ageing. ブラインドテイスティング。 黒系より赤系主体。熟した感じがない。少し冷涼な産地？それにしては酸が比較的弱いような。タンニンはあまり感じない。冷涼・グルナッシュとか？グルナッシュにしては色が普通。結局そのまま南ローヌのグルナッシュで回答。 若干グリーンノート

落ち着いたラズベリーレッド ブルーベリーやカシス、ピーマンや青い草みたいな香り 酸味もタンニンもなめらかな印象 blueberry cassis raisin grass mushroom earthy bell pepper cedar 2020.10.5 WE部にて

カベルネフランのピーマン香、タバスコを思わせるスパイス感。 タンニンと酸のバランスも悪くない。 2、3杯で飽きるが2、3日置いてもヘタレないのでテーブルワインとして良いと思う。コスパ良し。

2014: tanins bien fondus, nez de poivron grillé mais acidité trop présente qui gâche le plaisir. Sensation de raisin pas assez mûr. Dommage !

Zeker niet slecht, maar behoorlijk licht.
