今夜は色んなことがあって気持ちが空っぽに。 せめてシャンパーニュのロゼで少しでも気持ちを満たしたい… エキゾチックなスパイス、たとえばクミンを使った料理とかチリスパイスやパプリカパウダーを使った料理に合いそうな予感がした うんうん、やっと自分に戻って来れた シャンパーニュは元気をくれるなー 桜の季節まで待てずに抜栓してしまった 大好きなシャンパーニュ、次はいつ会えるのかなぁ〜

美味しすぎました。 草木の香り、粘度は低め？でさらっとしてました。 これならワイン初めての人でも美味しく感じると思いました。フォリーシラーよりかなり飲みやすいと思います。

Ultramarine Rose Heintz Vineyard Sonoma Coast 2014 ウルトラマリン ”ロゼ チャールズ・ハインツ・ヴィンヤード” ソノマコースト チャールズ・ハインツ・ヴィンヤードの樹齢20年のピノノワールのみ 38ヶ月間瓶内熟成、ルミアージュとデゴルジュマンは手作業。ドサージュ6g/L。 クリームブリュレと濃いオレンジ。ボリュームもあり、旨味たっぷり。 あとから酸味もキュッと感じられバランスも素晴らしい。

濃いピンク色 香りやや強く、若いワイン グレープフルーツ、ラズベリー、ストロベリー、ハイビスカス、バラ、シナモンの香り。 辛口、高い酸味、Alc中程度、Mボディ。 風味やや強く、後味中程度。

なんと24時間前に抜栓！ 最初からしっかり開いた香り♪ 以前に飲んだ時はガチガチだったか、さすがに柔らかい♪ 繊細な酸味と複雑な味わい。

Yutard's Point/ユタールポイント : 91 Comment :約2k、素晴らしいロゼ泡。辛さがしっかりとあるピンク系果実。甘さはなくシャープで、透き通り、旨味を感じられる。これが2k程度で飲めるのはとても魅力的。中途半端なロゼシャンパーニュを飲むのであれば、こちらを飲んだ方が良いと思う。とても美味しい。

夕焼けのような淡いオレンジの色味、熟したプラムのような香り、華やかな果実味に穏やかなほろ苦さ、余韻はやや長め

うまい！ しかし、コレをうまいと思うにはそれなりにチリのワインを飲みこむ必要があるかも。 モンテスは上のキュベになるほどチリのテロワールが色濃く表現されている感じがあるが、パープルエンジェルはそれが顕著。 下手にエレガントにするのではなく、モンテスはこれでいいと思える仕上がり。

あー、さすがモンテスのカルメネール。美味しい。なんとも綺麗な濃いルビー色。豊潤濃厚な紫果実の香りに、シナモンヴァニラ、甘いチョコ、ほんのりスパイス感。柔らか滑らかな口当たり。絶妙にバランスがとれた酸味と果実味。液体と完全に調和したシルキーなタンニン。余韻長い。おいしい。

ブリュットと合わせて飲んだのですが、お店側のうっかりで冷えてなかったので、急遽ワインクーラーで冷やしていただきました。 しかしこれが吉と出て、気持ち温度が高めの状態で出していただいたのですが、これが素晴らしく良かった！ 色はゴージャスなピンクゴールド。香りは穏やかなシトラス香と青リンゴのなどの甘いニュアンス。味わいは、穏やかなシトラスに強めの青リンゴの甘さ、甘さが強いわけでは有りませんが、官能的。 ナッツ系のニュアンスは少ない代わりに後味をしっかりと引き締める酸が素晴らしい。 ピンクゴールドを溶かして飲んだような、ゴージャスかつ美しいシャンパーニュでした。

Dark peach color, with lovely effervescence, this flavor bomb is lovely as solitaire, but has enough substance to pair with filet mignon.

The nose is jasmine blossom, lime, and hints of strawberry. The palate is fresh cut strawberry, bing cherry, blood orange, and lemon curd.

Delicious. Tart and crisp, neutral to semisweet aftertaste. Went out and bought another bottle immediately after this was consumed.

A crisp and sweet, pale copper sparkling rosé. Notes of apple and pear. Light effervescence makes it really nice for an afternoon patio wine. An elegant mouthfeel. Birthday gift from Nichole.

Really quite good! Super time and very delicate bubbles. Slightly herbaceous aroma with very delicate peach. My only gripe is that bubbles dissipate quicker than I’d like. Other than that, 👌

Really taken aback by this fizzy rose from Cali. Rich, elegant, with a full body and bright acid. Notes of raspberry, strawberry, brioche, and yeast. This was comparable to entry level rose champagne.

Dry and fruity from start to finish. Strawberry and watermelon capture you from the first bubble. Both rose petal and rose hip canvas notes of mango, cinnamon bark and hints of graham crackers. A seductive finish has you headed back for another glass before you are finish with the first.

夏みかん チェリー オレンジ色も感じるサーモンピンク色 酸味が高く、色合いとは別に力強いロゼという印象で珍しいと思いました。渋み苦みは色合いに比例してそこまで強くなく、とても美味しかったです。

複雑性のある香り、塩気やミカン、蜜の香り、ストラクチャーがはっきりしている。酸もしっかりあり、ミネラルから来る苦味。

剛開瓶是一個奔放的熟草莓香氣，以及難免的自然酒穀倉氣息（是的～是雞屎或火腿開封味），散去之後就是迷迭香的和青草的清涼感，搭配紅色莓果像草莓覆盆子那些清新小可愛、柑橘、比同系列紅酒更明顯的礦石感以及若有似無又不可忽略的旨味，造成一股不容忽視的厚度 怎麼說呢，就像看舞台劇穿薄紗的女主，本以為飄逸清新，卻在謝幕的時候發現她有一對鮮嫩多汁的水蜜桃（應該不會被檢舉吧🥹🥹） 酒色與其說酒廠標示的粉紅酒，但其實更像有點粉的橘酒（尤其那個濁濁的質感❤️），比一些粉紅酒更多的厚實又耐人尋味，也比一些橘酒更加的funky也更有趣

バランスが良く、華やかな春

【2020パープル・エンジェル/モンテス】 カルメネール92%/プティ・ヴェルド8% 見た目はエキゾチックな紫色。黒系果実とスパイスの香り。 タンニンは完全に溶け込んでおり、シルキーで滑らかな舌触り。 ダイナミックな果実味をエレガントな仕上げており、コスパ最強と思わせてくれます。“さすがモンテス“と拍手を送りたくなるようなワインでした。

アルファＭ，フォーリーはそれぞれ過去に２回ずつ飲んでるが、何故かご縁がなかったパープルエンジェル。ようやく飲むことができて嬉しい。 黒色系果実に木や土っぽい香り。チリのお手軽価格帯だと、果実味強くジューシーなものが多くなるイメージあるが明らかに異なる複雑さで価格の違いが如実に出ているなと感じさせられる。 ただシンプルに果実味強くジューシーなのも好きなんだけどね。

B-TREにて。フランチャコルタの匠フェルゲッティーナがピノネロ100％で造るロゼ・ブリュット。下手なロゼ・シャンパンよりもよほど美味しくて、ビックリしました。チャーミングな香り。ベリー系のあまやかな果実味がたまりません。赤い果実のよいところを引き出している。また飲みたいです。 以下、ショップのコメント→フランボワーズ、桜の葉などの心落ち着く香り、トースト香が好印象。ふくよかな味わいで、持続的に酸と旨みが口にある。特にイチゴのニュアンスが口の中いっぱいに広がります。幾重にも変化するニュアンス、上品なアフターは素晴らしい。

淡いオレンジがかった橙色にチャーミングなフルーツトマトのような香り。 アタックは爽やかだが中盤からのふくよかな果実味が心地よく、バランスの良さを感じる味わい。 無理に力強さを出している感じはなく雑味ない美味しさが流石大手メゾンといったところ。 和牛のすき焼きとの相性はバツグン。

果実の凝縮感を強く感じるとともに熟成の進行を感じるアーモンドのような香りも。ミネラルの香りと滓の香りがこれらをバランスよくまとめあげて上質なシャンパーニュの風格を与えている。パキッとした酸味とミネラル感の引き締めによってやや厳格な印象ながら果実の凝縮感によって花やかさを与えている。 余韻は意外と軽やかながらコクを感じる

Ninth of our blind tasting. Yeasty toast on the nose with nice grapefruit notes. Lemony acidity and balanced sweetness. Right up there in quality with the vintage Louis Roederer Rosé brut!

Soooo fruity wow strawberry cream citrus. Amazing! Definitely took my friends back who are more accustomed to dry straight forward champagne. This wine is an experience m, try it!

Love it! High acid, persistent, small bubbles. Color is a medium pink. Definitely dry on the palate, with apple, melon, cherry, raspberry, and citrus. Light body but the fruitiness persists for a surprisingly long finish.

ピノムニエ100%、ピノムニエが得意な砂礫の土壌で作られたロゼ。 チェリーやピンクグレープフルーツの可愛らしい香り。 果実感が心地よく、ムニエの果皮を感じる。美味しい。

Gets better every time I have it! Perfectly balanced nuanced red fruits with just a kiss of citrus great mouthfeel.

Fruit forward, soft, rounded, slight acidity on back of pallet. Herbal finish. Lots of Pinot noir.

Medium Copper チェリー、白桃 酸味はあまり強くなく、口当たりは結構ドライ。 小樽鳴門キッチンの半身揚げとの相性ぴったり。

Schöner Rosè. Haben den Wein cor Ort gekauft. Sehr schönes Weingut kurz vor Bozen. Freundliche Verkäuferin. Wein ist rund und für jeden etwas. Kaum Säure. Schmeckt nach Erdbeeren.

【NVプレスデージュ・ロゼ/テタンジェ】 〜恵比寿のWine Market Party30周年イベントにて〜 美しい桜色。ベリーの香り。タンニンちゃんとしてた。 フルーティーで少し甘やかさも感じられる味わい。

きめ細かな泡。しっかりとした骨格を感じ、グレープフルーツや赤いチェリーを思わせる。シャンパーニュに引けを取らないゴージャスさと、洗練されたバランスの良さ。

レストランひらまつ高台寺で。 色はサーモンピンク。炭酸は細かい泡が真っすぐ立つ。 香りはレモン、ラズベリーのような感じ。ミネラル、濡れた石、トースト、酵母、レモングラス、レモンピールのようなニュアンスも。 酸味が主で、裏に僅かな甘味がある。柑橘を思わせる溌剌とした酸味と僅かな甘味がチャーミングな印象。

現行よりx年前のパルメ。ブリオッシュ、洋菓子のアロマが豊かで、余韻が複雑かつ長い。熟成酒の中盤から後半といったところ。リリース直後とは全く別物であるため、このワインは10年程度は寝かすべきだと分かった。

ドライで良かったです!

Excellent value. Yeasty citrus nose. Comfortable lemon lime that thickens to a creamy texture. Cedar. Medium-small bubbles. Slightly astringent lemon zest finish.

Gentle soft mouthfeel, one single column of bubbles. Strawberry and good for a rosé. Refreshing. Brut rosé is advised for a multiple-dish meal where people are having different types of flavors (fish and veggie).

Strawberry, raspberry, citrus, and stone

Our take on this wine is THE Rosé! This rosé had notes of strawberries, raspberries, and guava. The bubbles in this wine were truly iridescent and a perfect fizz at first pour. This rosé comes in at a 6% overall wine in the world and every glass proved so. Light and crisp, the squeezed pinot noir and chardonnay mix of grapes did one of its best here. We served this wine chilled to temp. Perfect as an apéritif before a main course of seafood.

Lovely creamy character with fine mousse. Slightly deeper red color than the "regular" rosé champagne. A certain, pleasant tannin structure and elements of cherry, strawberry, pink grapefruit, toast and a chalky minerality. Good stuff!

力強くきめ細かい泡立ちにチャーミングなイチゴ飴のような香りが立ち上る。 落ち着いてきたあとにはブリオッシュの香りも顔を出す。 スッキリとした酸味と飴のようなスイート感が同居していて味わい深い。 後味にもキャンディ感がしっかり。 このキャンディ感はかなり特徴的だが好きなタイプかもしれない。 香りの印象よりもかなりキリッとしているとは思うが深みもあって良きシャンパーニュ。

Oak and vanilla on the nose, slight tannins on the palate, needs 2-3 years. Post script. One year on, tannins have gone leaving a beautifully smooth soft in the mouth balanced wine with a nicely dry finish, so the score goes up from 3.9 to 4.1. Post script Dec 2025, almost a year later, the wine keeps improving…4.2 now, smooth, integrated, still some tannins but that will keep it going another few years…

Dark fruit notes, vanilla and oak. Medium body and tannins make it a delightful easy-drinking red blend.

91pts/4.1stars. ロゼとしてはかなり濃いサーモンピンク。Strawberry, raspberry, blood orange, pink grapefruit, brioche, chalk. 赤ワインを想起させるしっかりしたタンニンと赤系の果実味がありつつ、高い酸と繊細な泡にブリオッシュ香が加わり、全体としてはシャンパーニュらしい味わいからブレていない。柑橘系の香りや苦味も加わり複雑さを増している。 テタンジェのスタンダードなロゼ、ハーフボトルで。このロゼはアッサンブラージュ法で15%も赤ワインを加えているらしく、確かに一度赤ワインとして仕上げたような果実味とタンニンがある。赤を色付け程度に加えたものに比べると複雑さが増しているが、同時に赤を増やしすぎるとバランスを崩しやすくなるだろうから、正にアッサンブラージュの妙が活きているワインだと思う。

Second wine at Work reception Thursday was a quality Brut Rose’ from a good Cali producer. Blend of 52% Chardonnay and 48%? Pinot Noir from 5 different Cali areas. Notes of strawberry, almond, red currants the brioche with a floral flourish. PN comes through nicely with a good balance of the Chard. Very refreshing but a bit fuzzy at first. Perlage calms down after 10 minutes in the glass. Paired well with a raw seafood medley. Much better than the usual WRW bubblies.

A very pretty pink/raspberry color.The nose is strawberry, cherry, raspberry, and hints of citrus. The palate loses some of the strawberry but adds a bit more citrus to the cherry and raspberry. The palate is concentrated,creamy, and has a vibrant acidity. Five stars for value. I am a fan.

A lovely rosé sparkling wine from California that is made from 1/3 Chardonnay and 2/3 Pinot Noir and displays a pretty rich pink salmon color. This wine produces aromas of sweet strawberries, cherry, raspberry and some apricot. It has pin point bubbles and a lively, zesty taste with a touch of sweetness that works well. It is robust and well balanced on the palate with flavors of strawberry, raspberry with hints of apple and it concludes with a lasting finish. Enjoy!

I drink this sparkler all the time. It's unbeatable for the price. Made by Schramsberg, it isn't quite as refined as its big sisters.... but at 5 pm it's just the ticket after a long day. Subtle strawberry notes are delicious.

Red berries, fermented, interesting taste. I like this style of rosé, I think the Pinot noir shows well in this.

Beautiful Austrian bubbly that I didn't know Malat made. Was a great sipper at a little wine bar on vaca. "Pretty in" Pale pink color with medium bubbles. Mild Nose of dried fruit, bread dough and tree sticks. Opening of pink grapefruit, tangerine, sesame seed toast, fig, and wet gravel. Light-plus bodied and medium-plus acidity with a creamy outtro wrapped in a crisp finish. Peace and cheers!

A very beautiful sparkling rose. Great bubbles that leave a frothy ring around the edge of your glass while you drink. Not to sweet and not to tart, it's a perfect balance between the two. Definitely recommend this wine. Perfect for drinking with Sunday brunch.

This Sparkling Rose is very easy drinking, it shows red fruits on the nose and just a touch of floral note but definitely not floral aromatic. I really rated this English sparkling rose. It had a clean, fresh nose with a hint of toffee. The palate was red fruit slightly on the front and an elegant, dry finish. It was a lot drier than the nose led me to believe.

4.2 Tasted Oct 8 2021. Color is pale rose. Aromas of brioche, butter and lemon. On the palate it has a crisp acidity and light small bubbles. Lots of citrus. A very well balanced wine. It has a long pleasant finish. This wine was the start of Hush Heath and Balfour and the first UK wine to be internationally recognised.

セパージュの通りの印象。シャルドネが最初は強めだけど途中から同時にきて複雑さがまします。 飲み続けたらパンと梅でとても日本向けなワインではないでしょうか？ 餃子もマリアージュと言うより洗う感じで量食べれますし、相乗効果の他の世界感を実際に体験出来ました。 ロゼが万能だと言われますが初めて理解出来たロゼのMCC。 梅干しに合う和食なら日本なら鉄板でしょ！ 個人的にはロゼでかなり評価高いです！

Beautiful colour. Good yeasty character with some florals and light fruit punching through. Nice fresh acidity in the end. Would love oysters.

南アフリカ・スワートランドのグルナッシュ単一の赤。 透ける淡いガーネットに、湿った森、チェリー、鉄、レザー、ラベンダーの香り。 丸いアタックから、角の取れた流麗な酸とクリアな印象だがソフトかつ厚みのあるボディの赤系ベリーの果実味に紅茶感のある心地よい苦みの、ブラインドならピノノワールかと思うほどに優美なスタイル。ピノであるならば鉄っぽい硬質な鉱物感とスパイシーなアクセントがある分、ややがっしりとしたストラクチャーと感じるが、それでもエレガント。 なかなか美味しい。

4.0 この南アフリカのグルナッシュには驚かされた。 紫混じりの澄んだルビー。ラズベリー,ストロベリー,ザクロ,オレンジの花,珈琲豆,微かなトリュフ,微かな百合。 ミディアムボディ。綺麗な酸を感じる滑らかな仕上がり。私はよくエレガントな方向性の南仏のワインをブルゴーニュのようだと例えることがあるが,これはブラインドで飲んだら(私には)本当にわからないレベルだ。ほんのごくわずかにザクロのようなセイヴォリーさを感じる。

グルナッシと思うとずいぶん上品。 実にきれいな透明な仕上がり。 それでいて余韻は長くしっかりして味わいは崩れません｡ 溌剌さも消えません♪

A really good red. Plum and blackberry on the nose. The spice and pepper comes through on the palate. Still young and can age, but I enjoyed this wine.

Unfortunately rating a day after drinking, so finer notes not recalled. Finished over 2 nights, paired amazingly with sirloin and lamb chop casserole.

This sucks the juice from your mouth and punches you between the eyes with flavour. Again served chilled, I’m on an educational trip with these beautiful wines. Perfectly paired with the lamb.

При тому що тут рідка гора в келиху- таке воно легеньке як метелик, алкоголь не відчувається взагалі, але і кислотність квола, і навіть якийсь натяк на танін чайний присутній. Perhaps not a favourite. Clear, vague red fruit and herbs on the nose, keeps it pretty vague in the mouth feel. A little raspberry and confectionary, some earth and eucalyptus but the key word here is vague. Not much energy or something to set it apart, a touch ashy even in the aftertaste. I’ll call it good quality by the glass at Peninsula Hotel, Adelaide.

A juicy, tangy, fun rosé! I haven’t had a NZ rosé for a long time and this delivered. Blood orange, raspberry, melon, pear, peach, guava. Bold, dry, acidic. This would be so perfect at the cabin on a hot summer day. Also good QPR.

I've had OZV's red wine from Zinfandel a few times, but this rosé was also drinkable and delicious. オレンジがかったサーモンピンク色。 チェリー、イチゴ、青リンゴ、柑橘系の香り。 フルーティな味わいでしなやかな酸味。 OZVのジンファンデルの赤ワインは何度か飲んだことがありますが、このロゼも飲みやすくて美味しかったです。

Today was ‘trivial day’ at The Estate - A day to just do trivial things. Fix the toilet lock. Install the new smoke alarm. And many more minor 2 year old tasks. This also included restocking the ‘guest wines’ which of course I tested. This one is very attractive with its black and white theme holding fonts in abeyance. A pink inside with slight bite. Perfect for the poolside. We haven’t had rain for 2 months so we are only drinking Rosé now. Note: Must start to do important things again soon. F

Clear pale copper colour. The nose has light intensity youthful, delicate aromas of orange, melon, tropical fruits. The palate is off dry, low acidity, light body, medium alcohol, light intensity of berries. Short finish. Good wine, drink now, not suitable for aging. Typical summer rose! By the way I was amazed by the red black cottage
