Hatzimichalis (Κτήμα Χατζημιχάλη) Cabernet Sauvignon

Nice sour cherry taste, black fruit, with some chocolate, earth and coal. However, the oak finish has some too stong acidity, bringing the wine kind’a out of ballance. Maybe with some ageing it will be rounded off? Who knows? Maybe… time will tell.
