2018/11/27 パリのle cinq。 ドライだけど、酸味はそこまで強くなく非常に飲みやすい。エビなど味が強い魚介とよく合う。

Еще раз дегустировал это вино тет-а-тет с Дюбаном (который стоит раза в 3-4 дороже), и Кюн как по мне не хуже, а честно говоря, даже и лучше. Шпет более яркий, открытый и сочный. При том, что год тот же (2015).

Only had a small glass of this one along with the Christmas risotto (due to thirsty family members 🙃) It was amazing though, I will have to buy another bottle if I can. Strawberry, cherry, raspberry, sage, minerals, forest floor, orange blossom.

I haven't had many great experiences with Pinot from Germany, but wow, this was a pleasant surprise. Lots of acidity and a little closed at first sip, but the acid mellowed out and the wine opened up very quickly in the glass to reveal lovely red fruit with nice minerality and a hint of liquorice root.

Oj oj oj. Detta var verkligen min typ av vin. Höst hallon, körsbär, örter, peppar och en viss ton av jord/gammalt läder. Blir bara bättre o bättre ju längre kvällen går!

Stram och fint strukturerad. Lite stökig innan luftning, men det gick ner lite efter någon timme i karaff. Jordig doft och en del peppar och mycket jordgubbar i smaken. Fantastiskt gott.

Mums! Komplex och len som jag vet inte vad! Sammet. Jordgubbar och unkenhet, blir inte mycket trevligare!

Wow!! Almost too perfumed. Super strong and full pinot nose. Nice tannin structure. Black cherries. Amazing wine. Still needs a bit of time.

En rund och fin smak. Finns en lätt och fin elegans. Samtidigt lite uppstickande i form av mint. Lite kvistig vilket kan sticka i munnen något. Smaken är rätt lång. Framför allt finns det svampiga kvar. Påminner om bourgogne men lite mer rustik. Finns en viss spets i det, vilket skiljer sig från det fins

Mooie, gekoelde spatburgunder uit de Rheingau. Zacht , niet te zwaar, niet zo zoet. Blij mee! Eendenborst misschien ietsje te zwaar bij de wijn, maar och, het mocht de pret (en smaak van de wijn) niet drukken.

Spätburgunder excellence. This is a lot of wine. 2018 drinking wonderfully now, and yours truly would advice against keeping this cellared longer. Drink now till mid 2024. Deep notes. Fantastic nose. Rustic mood, yet keeping it playfully light. Almost jammy for a Spätburgunder, crunchy. Crushed ripe red fruit and darker notes of ash, and lighter notes of dried apricots.

The warm and generous red fruit (cherry, strawberry, cranberry, raspberry) greets your nose. A sip intensifies it and adds depth with earthy forest floor notes and delicate oak spices (tobacco, clove, licorice, pepper). Elegant and balanced.

Kort och gott allt som en Tysktalande pinot skall bjuda på. Rustik känsla men ändå knivskarp närvaro med vildhallonris på förstafiolen.

Kul återseende! Multna löv är första intrycket. Men med lite tid i glaset så utvecklar sig en frukt/bär bomb med tydlig inslag av diverse knippe örter.

Oj vilket vin! Lent, elegant och lätt men ändå så mycket djup. Typisk spätburgunder. Massor av hallon och jordgubbar ihop med krut, mineraler med en snygg syra också liiite peppar i svansen. Ruskigt gott!!! Vill ha mer!

Happy Pinot Noir Thursday. A rare 🇩🇪 spatburgunder finding for me. Team 🇩🇪 should be proud. Biodynamic. Quite lovely. Has that crunchy acidity, fruit in that cranberry , raspberry fields with nice aromatics. Violet 🌸 and hints of cherry menthol. Brings in that earthy forest floor dig with competing interest. Subtle Smokey nuances. Elegant and absolutely crushable. No feed needed. Tasty on its own. 13%.

4 🍇 PJK entry level spätburgunder offers tremendous value for your money. If you are into pinot noir and don't want to empty your wallet at the same time, this wine is highly recommended.

Lovely Spätburgunder. The 2019 Spätburgunder from Peter Jakob Kühn is a really well-made wine and I couldn't help ordering several bottles of the 2020 right after drinking this one. With a pricetag of 25€ it offers splendid value for money.

3.8 - This nice Pinot Noir from PJK comes from a two-acre vineyard planted exclusively with French clones. Slightly transparent garnet red in the glas with decent aromas of cherries and red currants. In addition, a hint of undergrowth, dry herbs and star anise with a very slight sweetness. On the palate there is ripeness and a fine acidity with silky tannins. I am actually not the biggest fan of German Spätburgunder but this candidate here had indeed some attributes I really like.

With the excellent barbecue weather we’re currently enjoying, I stumbled across a couple of beautiful veal chops that were practically screaming for Spätburgunder. I always tend to listen to my food and went for the 2019 Peter Jakob Kühn (as I had such fond memories of the 2018). It didn’t disappoint. Fantastic nose with rich notes of moss, forest floor and home cooked sour cherry jam. Chewy and savoury on the palate. Big, scrumptious body and great length.

Dinner with Sandy at Boca. The nose was very lively, fresh strawberries. The palate gave a similar feel, high acidity, medium body, low tannins but lots of fruit. A very concentrated fruit feel and a light pleasant mouthfeel. Could age 2-3 years. Very good wine!

Med. intensity on the nose with cherry, clove, cinnamon and toast aromas. Dry, high acidity, med. alcohol, med+ body, med. tannins and med+ finish. This was a good starter for me in German Spatburgunder.

Nice spatburgunder from Rheingau. ‘19 vintage. Med intensity. Quite complex - cherry, sourcherry, plum, black pepper, clove, cinnamon and developing lovely earthy aromas. Dry, high acidity, med alcohol, med body, med- tannins, med+ finish. Could have been even better in a few years time.

Certified biodynamic. Deep ruby. Constantly evolving aromas of potpourri, wet earth, barnyard and autumn foliage. Mostly red fruits in the very silky palate, though there are also some darker fruits, earth tone, perfumed, balanced, polished and stylish, slightly sweet (but not candied) after taste, very very long finish

Complex and original. Looks: Light rusty garnet red. Looks older to me than what it is. Mouthfeel: Dry. Medium acidity. ABV is 12,5%, well balanced. Low tannin level. Nice concentration on the palate. Grape variety: 100% Pinot Noir. Spontaneous fermentation. Certified organic. (4,2)

Oh, what a wine! Elegant and lots of neuanced notes and flavours. Vineyard with a long history and w biodynamic agriculture methods the last 20yrs. Ljus i färgen, röda bär, syrliga körsbär, hallon, svamp, blöt skog, kryddigt, tobak, ekfat. Torrt med en pigg syra och sandiga tanniner.

Vin 2. Svårt att sätta fingret på men mycket gott.

I liked this spatburgunder! Nice tastes of oak, red fruit & black fruit coming out. Nicely paired with duck.

Really nice Spätburgunder (PN). Strawberries, lingonberries and even darker cherries. A rather fruit forward and full bodied (for a PN that is) wine. Great fresh acidity and a perfect match with the deer tartar. Good QPR!

Very pleasant and awesome served chilled. As vivid as their Sekt. Minerals, red fruit and almost a saltiness to it.

Juicy, sweet cherries

🍷Colour: Slightly transparent garnet red. 👃🏻Nose: Cherries and currants with a touch of forest floor, dried herbs, star anise and a little sweetness. 👅Mouth: Sweetness, ripeness and a slight coolness and a fine acidity and silky tannins and a hit of oak and vanilla and a dash of mint. Overall, this is a very charming Pinot with a silky flow that creates a lovely balance.

Red cherry. Bubblegum. Cotton candy. Some jammyness. Lovely. Great potential. I really enjoyed this. Not rock’n’roll quite calm and steady.

Typical german spätburgunder. Enjoyed it quite chilled 👌

Destemmed, aged in French oak. Tasting. Again the tensed style transfers to the red. Pure cranberries sour cherries and some musky earthy tones. Got the distinctive German Pinot candy and muskiness. Lean and juicy

Intensive Nase nach Kirsche, Erdbeere, Himbeere und etwas Leder. Im Hintergrund leichte Eichennoten. Am Gaumen Mittel (-) Körper, Mittel (+) Säure und etwas herber Gerbstoff. Kühle rote Frucht und würzige Noten. Im mittellangen Abgang überwiegen rote Kirche und herbe grünliche Noten, die etwas Bitterkeit hinterlassen.

Skogshallon, jordgubbar i en stram, kryddig, ungdomlig lite ostyrig stil. Potential till något större. Vi ses igen om något år.

Nase eher krautig, weniger rotbeerig als zu erwarten war. Nicht ohne Reiz... Sehr kühle Ausprägung, trocken, herb, irgendwie faszierend!

Very young pinot noir. Fruity with Lots of acidity. Immaturity gives the lower rating. Seems to have potential for storing though.
