本当に美味しい❗️ 熟した果実の甘み、バランスよいタンニン。深いルビー色に、ふくよかな中にミネラルを感じさせる香り。２日目もじっくり味わえるしっかりどっしり型。グラスを通してテーブルクロスに映る赤が煌めく。 食事と言うよりは、ナッツやチーズと合わせてワインそのものを楽しみたい。

前にも飲んだ、ネグロアマーロ エッフェ 寝かすように買ったものの我慢できずに開けてしまいました。 濃厚、甘味、渋味、タンニン 全てが私の好みの味を作ってくれています。 丸味のある飲みやすさ。口に含んだときに広がるフルーティーな甘さと奥深さ。後は苦味がでてきて、飲みあとさっぱり。 大好きなワイン。 This wine is I have drunk. ギリギリ光を通さない位の赤紫、粘度はそこそこ高くフレッシュで直ぐに美味しい、ブラックベリーやブルーベリーなどの好きな香りとジャムなどのちょうど良い甘味を癖のないタンニンが包む　不思議な事に開栓直後の閉じた香りの中に焼く前の餃子の香りを見つけてしまった。 二日目はさらにまろみをおびていて一つの方向性を示していると言わざるを得ない　好きだなぁ。

Notas destacadas de frutas secas e maduras com morangos e cerejas além de tostados e especiarias doces são sentidas nos aromas e que retornam em boca juntamente com chocolate.

4,5 excellent, added to my favorites Rubino profondo. Naso intenso di frutta cotta, miele di castagna, marmellata di mirtilli, prugne secche e vaniglia. In bocca è di corpo, morbido con buona persistenza. Elegante. Ottimo come vino da meditazione, può essere abbinato al cioccolato, alla pasticceria secca e ai formaggi erborinati.

Non ho esperienza in questi tipi di vini ma: mi ha stupito il profumo, diverso da molti altri passiti dolci mi ha stupito anche la freschezza che "copriva" la dolcezza senza nasconderla troppo. il tannino era presente ma non agressivo. profumo quasi di crema pasticcera e abbinabile IMHO con mascarpone, cannoli o simili... non con dessert troppo dolci o con cioccolati però...

This is simply astonishing!!! Such a well balanced sweet Primitivo that has it all - this so well recognizable Primitivo nose (a song, not an aroma!), dense body - a nectar that stays in your mouth and keeps changing with time guiding you through quite a journey of tastes... together with this, these smoked black cherries are of a great acidity. A poem...Bella Italia!!!

Interesting dessert Primitivo wine, black cherry color, fruity and herbal aroma, equilibrated acid and alcoholic (13% +4,5% in bottle) levels, medium body, well structured with good complexity, medium ending and tannin. Plum, chocolate, tobacco, herbal and vanilla tasting notes. Equilibrated, it is not so sweet as regular Primitivo dessert wine, that’s why I like it. Easy to drink and I don’t get sick of drinking it.

Primitivo di manduria dolce. Rosso rubino intenso. Al naso intenso e con sentori di frutta matura, prugne, ciliegie e sentori di vaniglia e cioccolato. Corposo, strutturato e morbido. Persistente.

Al naso classici sentori di primitivo, ciliegia e amarena maturi, fico secco, vaniglia e cioccolato, leggera spezia. In bocca caldo +, morbido, fresco +, equilibrato e persistente, tannico ( tannino abbastanza morbido anche se in bocca si sente ) buona struttura, finale pulito e neutro.

4.0 color rosso rubino intenso, spezie e marmellata di frutto rosso, fico secco. Alla beva è pieno, succoso e si percepisce una nota anche leggermente affumicata. Un buon vino dolce per chiudere il pasto

Uve Primitivo appassite naturalmente in vigna. È un vino variegato e complesso, con ricchi sentori fruttati al naso, soprattutto fichi secchi e ciliegia in confettura. Al palato è morbido e rotondo, di bella armonia e dalla persistenza fruttata.

Very nice wine. But you sell it at 20,55€ at Vivino. Today I bought a bottle at Conad Martina Franca for 12,90€. I would say for sales in Western Europe (D, NL, B, F, UK) 15,90 to 16,20€ would be a fair price. Bij restaurant Moonstone gedronken bij de artisanale kazen. Een zoete rode dessertwijn. In de neus aroma's van rijp fruit en jam. In de mond vol vooral rijp fruit en honing ondersteunt met lichte zuren. Is niet mijn stijl maar de combinatie was zeer goed, beter dan de oorspronkelijke drank die we erbij kregen de Adorade De Menade.

Rozijnen, zoet, je ruikt de suiker, dessert wijn zou ik hem voor gebruiken. Niet stroperig maar wel nog wat frisheid

Special experience: dolce from primitivo. It resembles the monastrell dulces I tasted recently in the Levante: jammy red fruit of strawberry and berry impressions. Herbal tones, but a higher acidity than the spaniards.

3.75 Passito from Primitivo with 75-80g RS. A little dissapointing. The nose is very shy, showing a few cooked dark fruits and a chocolate hint, far less expressive than expected. The palate is luscious but again not as expressive as expected for a passito
