Something in heaven... great finess and completely!! The best white in my life... perhaps. 蔵出しモノのコンディションをもってすれば、神品は完全なフィネスを明らかにするようだ。アタックの梅のニュアンス、トーストの余韻の美しさ、気品のある酸、まさに唯一無二。芸術作品、文学作品のようだ。これを飲めば、細胞はフル活性、もうウィルスなんて怖くない、これは本当だ。

ブルゴーニュ ピュリニーモンラッシェ村 シュヴァリエ モンラッシェ 白 2014 見た目は黄金色、香りはフルーティなワイン。しかし味はフルーティさだけでは語れない複雑さを持つ。今までに経験のない独特な香り。

すごいミネラル。色も含めまだ若々しい。

すごくエレガントなワインです。 シャルドネの中のシャルドネ。 豊潤な香り、口当り、まろやかで深みがある。 満点です。

Epicità, appena aperto ti fa sognare, un vino di un’armonia imbarazzante, un sorso tanto ricco quanto elegante. Soffre l’ossidazione post-apertura, va bevuto alla svelta.

Aged Chevalier-Montrachet from Domaine Leflaive is one of the ultimate white burgs out there, leaving many full monties from lesser producers behind. It captures the essence of Puligny: sweet lime, white orchard fruit, acacia honey with subtle oak and fine-grained minerality. And then there is this elevated Chevalier acidity that has nicely mellowed after 20 years. Brilliant wines like these have this air of effortlessness. Superb.

This is a prodigious bottle with its history and reputation- taste its graceful texture with full of respected. the words of elegant just perfectly marked on the label, what else you want to add on? no need and just enjoy and feel its depth, the element of minerality was impeccable and complexity!

"Have no fear of perfection - you'll never reach it" Salvador Dali. Ironically, Dali died the year before Leflaive converted to biodynamic! Of course I love the quintessential and inimitable Montrachet flavour splay. Marvellous acids elevating the profile and simultaneously adding intensity + grace. More than anything else I love the tension. Freshness is fighting incredibly hard to keep a lid on the richness. You can almost feel the vibration ripples. Absolutely masterful.

A gorgeous Chardonnay with a fragrance floral nose, tropical fruit 🥭 and pronounced chalk and stone quality with dazzling purity.

Wooow! Great wine. Smells like a French breakfast. Oak, brioche and honey. Buttery on the tongue but mixed with the right amount of acidity.

Really crazy prices for this one which a friend opened it for starter which it seems to even kill the light reds after this. While I am not complaining I was surprised at how fast this was finish though my glass was slowly sip and the sniffing experience from it was amazing. Phenomenal - 1988 - minerals honey citrus

They don’t get much better than this for burgundy lovers. The tropical peach fresh citrus and vanilla with some hints of banana - soft yet explosive.

Fruity, buttery with good minerals accent, long finish. A real beauty. The 2019 consumed in 2022 could have done with a little bit more time in the bottle though.

Leflaive Chevalier Montrachet GC 2006 黄金色。若干のコルク臭が残念だったが気になるほどではなかった。第一アロマよりも第二第三アロマが中心。アプリコット、ハチミツ、オーク、ブランデー。ほぼ熟成のピーク。深みのある香りと味わいが素晴らしかった。

かなり緑がかったイエロー 白と黄色の花、青リンゴ、グレープフルーツ、微かに白桃、バニラ、ハーブ、微かにココナッツミルク、微かにバナナ とても長く尾を引く凝縮した柑橘系の果実の酸、透き通った出汁系の塩味の２つが強く感じられるがイヤな引っかかりなどは一切ない、細かく密度の高い酸とミネラルの粒 白く輝く石畳の向こう、大きな森を遠くから見ているイメージ →開栓から5時間、酸と出汁感、ミネラル感がはちきれそうに大きくなっていた、これが本来持ってる大きさなんだろうな →2日目、そういえばこんなに底の方に進んでいくとき特有の印象の変化が少なかったのって初めてかも知れない、もしかしてクッソ閉じてた？経験の浅さと初シュヴァリエ、しかも未熟、があいまって全く全容が掴めずにいる… 色々なSNSやサイトで見られる他の方のテイスティングコメントからだと、この年数ではなんか酸っぱい硬い岩舐めてるみたいな印象になってしまうかなと思ってたのだけど、十分な親しみやすさと広い、まだ埋まっていない奥行きの両方を感じられて、とても良い経験になった

最初硬すぎて香りがしない、徐々にフリントやミント、清涼な柑橘、マンゴー、白花、ソーテルヌ蜜。味わいは鉱物みたいなミネラルと高い酸味、清涼な柑橘の皮、硬い桃、熟れマンゴスチン、シトラス的な長い苦味の余韻。バタールと違い酸ミネラル強強でしっかり柑橘み凝縮している。

樽、キレのいいミネラル。小気味の良い淡麗さ。余韻は長い。 Barrel-aged, crisp minerals. A refreshing lightness. Long finish.
