Fantastic! Amazing Mearsault with that sizzle and a little sour smell. Complex in the mouth, boter, apricot and a hint of nuts. Really one of the best Meurseaults I have tasted!

Nez incroyable, Mélange de beurre, fleurs printanières, noix. La bouche est plus acide que le nez ne laisse paraître, ce qui rend le vin très buvable et salivant. L'équilibre entre gourmandise et fraîcheur est parfait

ドメーヌ ラトゥール ジロー、ムロソー キゥヴェ シャルル マクシム2019 輝きあるレモンイエロー、レモンのシャーベットやパイナップル、白胡椒とナッツ、ヘーゼルは少しだけ、 ミネラル感たっぷり、それでいてクリーミーでカスタードも。、 温度を上げながら、開かせるべき。 時間は少しかかる。 今も十分にうまいが、寝かせたベクトルを加えれば最強になりそう。 うまい。4.2

やや緑がかったイエロー。バニラ、オーク、ハチミツ、熟した洋梨など。ムルソーらしいふくよかさと樽感。やや控えめな酸味と程よい果実味のバランスが良い。クリスマスディナーでラクレットチーズと合わせた。良かった。

昨日で仕事納め、今日は徹底的にワインと向き合うご褒美デー。まずはリッチに村名ムルソーを。 外観は明るめのグリーンがかったイエロー。香りはフレッシュな果実の香りもありながら、樽の香りに、発酵由来の香り。蜂蜜。白い花。 口に含むと、まずかっちりとしたミネラルの印象が初めに感じられて、続いて凛とした酸。シャルドネらしいフルーティな風味も豊か。樽は口中では穏やかで、ねっとりした樽メインのムルソーというよりは、果実の爽やかさにフォーカスしたスタイリッシュなムルソーというイメージ。ここから熟成を経て、柔らかさが出てきたころの味わいが気になる。 しかし、、一つ確実なことは、まだ自分の舌では村の違いどころか、広域ブルゴーニュとの違いすらわからない。。相変わらず安上がりな舌でよかったとも言える。

Medium gold colour. Oak and lemon on the nose, with hints of honey. In the mouth, vanilla, more lemon, medium body and decent acidity. Had by the glass in a gastropub, don’t know the vintage.

Oh the beauty of oak and Chardonnay! First thing I smell is orange and orange rind, along with generous but delicate melon fruit, biscuit, shortcrust pastry, and hints of smoke. The palate is beautiful with lemon lime and ripe pear balanced by yoghurt-y and yeast-y notes. Delicious!

Meet classic Meursault which is ripe & full but finely balanced too with peculiarity of French nervosité. Latour & Giraud have long family history in Burgundy, which breaths authenticity & unpretentious wine-crafting. Both domaines were united in 1958 with a marriage between 2 families. Aromatically enticing & seductive with scent of apricots, hazelnut & honey. Acidity medium + mineral-inflected. Village Meursault of particularly high quality! Drink it now, thank me later💋

92 Points, drink now until 2025. Medium yellow. Nose of white and yellow fruits, grapefruit and apple, muscat and citronella, pears and vanilla, stones and orange peel. Great balance, on the palate just on the doorstep of maturity and still rather defensive. This Meursault will for sure gain weight and complexity, also never be a buttery fat oaky diva, but rather complex and elegant. Great terroir and salty aftertaste in its medium plus finish. Worth it's price!

高級なワインって感じ。美味しいです。

あまり癖のない流無双

Latour Giraud Meursault Cuvee Charles Maxime Blanc 2013 Not much of the fullness and richness of Meursault. The acidity was a bit strong. It was crisp and could be mistaken for a Puligny-Montrachet. A slight honey-like aftertaste lingers a bit. The impression is a bit negative as I was expecting the thickness of the Meursault. The drink did not go so far. ラトゥール・ジロー ムルソー キュヴェ・シャルル・マクシム 2013 ムルソーのふくよかさや芳醇さをあまり感じず。酸味が少し強かった。ピュリニーモンラッシェと間違うようなキリッとした味わい。わずかに蜜のような余韻が少し続く。ムルソーの厚みを期待していただけに少しマイナスな印象。

Smells great with a bit of oak, but so dry and tannic on the palette.
