Superlekkere wijn. Mooi rond van smaak, hout, noten, weinig zuur.

2014 Vintage. Light straw color to white. Strong Acacia on the nose, lemon curd. Medium weight. Beautiful, softer and broader on the palate. 20 months on lees. Rich flavors of lemon curd, integrated acidity, minerality. Chalky. Subtle nutty, briny, salty. Finish lasts over 1 minute.

очень и очень достойный экземпляр! ни намека на сладость! и при этом Не Кислятина!!! и нос, и вкус - благородная смесь "зеленых" фруктов: слива, алыча, яблоко. реально понравилось! я не специалист по шабли, но, на мой взгляд, очень достойный экземпляр!

De tono amarillo claro con tonalidades verdosas, en nariz floral, en boca redondo y sedoso.

Expensive but good drinking

2012 Vintage, direct from the wonderful cooperative. Complexity and long finish more typical of a 1er Cru making this an outstanding buy. Toast and butter! A bargain at €18.

Lovely , balanced and fresh. This well made Chablis has a lovely nose of grapefruit, minerals, a touch of citrus and hint of stone fruit notes. Medium body, round, crisp, with balanced acidity and delicious fresh finish. My score 88, drink to 2023

My first Chablis. Very different from my usual wine choices. Dry with clean minerality and a splash of acidity.

One of the best buys from this great cooperative. On par with the best prem. cru. Tasted again a year later, gave it half a point more!

Grassy, wet pebbles and hints of bjttercups in the nose. Green apples and minerals, with a finish of the small sourness of citrus

Good fruit and crisp with a minerally kick. Quite fresh. Not enough oak for my taste. Seemed higher acidic value. Would be best in summer imo

Very nice wine, a good representative of burgundy white wines, showing a very good balance and elegance with peach sentors and a nice solid body

Lemon grass and a hint of butter on the nose. Medium oaked, just a touch of butter with predominantly citrus notes. good acidity. Finally found good French Chardonnay.

Smooth well balanced with mellow chalky pear taste IMHO. Rating is a bit biased as I do like this style. Would recomend as this is easy drinking for me.

Clean nose, lemon curd, citrus, pinneapple, green apple, hints of gooseberry, well structured Chablis. Medium plus aftertaste. Very good. Excellent pairing with salmon creamy soup.

One of my favourite LCBO essentials. Brilliant, pale lemon with green tinge Medium plus acidity Medium alcohol and body Chalk. Subtle Lees. Green Apple and Meyer lemon.

Straw yellow. Bright and clear. Aromas of green apple, lemon and something tropical. Day 1: The taste is pure and fresh with nice acidity and a little lime. Chalk/mineral in the medium lasting aftertaste. Day 2: nose more intens and taste more depth/layered

We don't get to try too many Chablis down here as the markup makes them too pricey. So comparisons are hard. This seems crisp, nice acid at the end, minerally and tasty. All the things I like in a white.

Remarkably fit being a 2008. The VV gives it a bit more depth and concentration but to my preference I would still like more acidity. It performed extremely well with a dish of kulmule steamed on a bed of courgettes, leak and capers with lemon thyme and lemon juice, all topped with a generous glass of the Chablis, and served with Basmati rice. The wine had a great balance with the dish and seemed almost fat in style without (of course) being buttery at all. Despite the age it was very fruity. D

First wine of a cross tasting: yellow, thick colour. Good fruit in the bouquet, fresh taste of citrus and mellon. Hints of pineapple. Long lasting aftertaste. Well made Chablis. Goes well with tasty fish in rich sauces, or with shellfish.

Always enjoy the pure expression of Chablis from Chablisienne. Great QPR and ability to age and develop. Green apples in the nose, added fresh acidity and honey, lime and limestone. Long length. Just what I needed...

La Chablisienne ... fantastic burgundy chablis producer... millions of bottles a year. Quality is a trade mark and this chablis is by all means exemple of great chardonnay in chablis AOC. Excellent tipicity, minerality, very fresh and floral. Great value for money!!

This entry level cuvée of the La Chablisienne lineup was a pleasant surprise, and a distinct bargain. Typical green-tinged yellow, creamy yet crisp with lemon and apple, and not particularly flinty. Delicious.

Very nice Chablis, shiny, with a bright yellow color, with silver reflexes. Nose: pleasant aroma of white spring flowers, citrus. In the mouth: citrus, a little apple and pear clear, herbs, minerals, lime. Wine with a delicate buttery character, very fresh, with a pleasant finish.

Nice sting to this basic Chablis. Distinct amalfi-lemon, green apple and intense acidity. Very nice, new favorite.

Initial nose of spartan apples. Slight citrus and gooseberry. Simply a straight forward really good wine.

Minéral mais pas que. Notes beurrées très agréables, bel équilibre. Ça donne envie de tester le premier cru de la chablisienne mais là on est déjà bien.

En magnum. J’ai trouvé une plus grande complexité que le 2014 en bouteille. Le fruit (exotique) équilibre mieux la forte mineralité de ce vin vertical. Je suis fan.

Fris, maar niet te. Vleug van circus en grapefruit en walnoten. Prima match met mosselen en friet. Geen hoogdraver, maar voor 7 Euro half flesje prima voor elkaar.

Krämigt mineraliskt.....syran har lagt sig, och fram träder gula och gröna äpplen, lite smör, viss ek och såklart välavvägd citrus. Mycket trevligt vin.

Le vecchie vigne di Chablis raramente deludono. Frutto leggero tipico e nota pepata. Sapido, un po' oleoso e discetamemte lungo in bocca. Back to Chablis.

Found this to be delicious, easy to drink and clean. Had it with BBQ, not that I'm sure it much mattered - drank most of the bottle before the meal even started.

Me voici expert en chablis selon vivino, robe jaune pâle, nez sur les fruits blancs et les fruits exotiques. Bouche fraîche et rafraîchissante sur les agrumes, citron vert, mais surtout des touches minérales en fin de bouche.

Apple, white fruit, floral, agrum, mineral. Acidity not as outspoken due to warm vintage. Quite round wine and well balanced.

Great creamy minerality. Smooth and silky texture. Buttery notes and elegant oaky elements. Quite low acidity.

夏の終わりに久々シャブリ。 さわやかで豊かなアロマ。 白い花が似合う。 癖のないチーズと。

Tingly on the tongue sharp good at 4 digress but warming finish and a melon aroma.. I'm up in the air on it.. But I'll have to try it again with like minded friends. ;-)
