初めてのオレゴンピノ。果実感が強いが爽やかな味わいで、いかにも西海岸のワインです。ブルゴーニュとは別物ですがこっちの方が好きかも。美味しいワインです。

Dry, light bodied. High acidity. Light silky tannins. Notes of raspberry, strawberry jam, baking spices, and leaves in Autumn.

Masterfully crafted and a great expression of the terroir of the willamette valley. All of his wines are great but for under $30, this one knocks it out of the park

Yum. Raspberry jam up front, then raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries before toasted cedar and forest floor with cherry cola on the finish. A beautiful wine and exactly what willamette stands for.

Very unique earthy complex smoky barbecue almost bacon line Pinot Noir. Very enjoyable and paired well with Chicken Meuniere at Beacon tonight.

This was exquisite. Enjoy on our last night in the ADK at the Brown Swan Club with a Rib Roast that was “chefs” specialty. The protein was prepared incredibly well and this pairing put the meal over the top!

Loved this wine on my United flight to Zurich! Had that WOW factor that was night and lively with ample cherry, vanilla, and a lasting finish that ends with a bit of licorice. Super wine at a great price point!

Ruby red with deep violet coloring. Dark for a Pinot Noir. Light body. Aromatic notes of dark cherry, strawberry, and blackberry, I really don’t pick up much if any spice/wood. Light flavors of dark cherry, strawberry, and blackberry carries through to the tasting notes. Starts with dark cherry/strawberry, evolves into blackberry/crushed violet. Fruit forward, not much wood/spice. Low tannins. Medium + acidity. Wife that normally doesn’t like Pinot noir enjoys this one.

Back in the United States so drinking more northwestern Pinot Noir and learning to appreciate its uniqueness. Great balance of red fruit and earth with neither overpowering the other. A hint of acidity that foreshadows good aging ahead.

I couldn’t tell it was Pinot noir. Tasted like Cabernet Sauvignon.

I had this wine by the glass. I’ve enjoyed it before. A full bodied Pinot Noir. Fruit forward. Very nice. I agree with the 4.1 of Vivino.

Really nicely balanced, and good value for the price. Lots of red fruit with cherry, raspberry and strawberry without being overly jammy. Some earthy tones and oak on the finish.

Nose: red fruit, forest floor. Palate: dry, fruity. Tart cranberry and strawberry. Mid-acid and ABV, low tannins. Balanced, good intensity, okay finish and complexity. Overall, a good wine. After it oxidized for 36 hours this opened up wonderfully.

Tasting notes: Dark cherry, blackberry, raspberry, earthy, forest floor, minerality, faint eucalyptus, vanilla, orange peel. Medium acid and body. Light tannins. Medium finish. Light complexity. Thoughts: Mildly plush for a WV PN. Seems like it may be a YC heavy blend. Tasty but maybe a touch too much oak. Flavor: 3.5/5 Would I buy again: Yeah, for $20 can do worse

Garnett with pale rust rim. Nose is definite red fruit and red cherries with a touch of floral, minerals, and forest floor. Palate is very light bramble and red fruit, minerality, and finish is woodsy tea. Really nice! Short finish but good. Bit of fruit punch and passion fruit on the finish. Interesting. Very clean. Mellows as it breathes. Like it!

Fuller bodied willammette valley Pinot Noir! Silky smooth finish with notes of red fruit! Deep flavors that would pair well with aromatic cuisines.

Enjoyed at UNA Pizza in Banff. A lovely Willamette Valley Pinot noir: quite light on the oak and without that cola forward nature of some from this area: fresh, fruit-forward, a touch earthy, and effervescent. Cherry, pepper, cinnamon, potting soil, raspberry, vanilla.

Not sure if my 4.4 rating from the 2020 vintage means that one was much better or maybe my palate has just changed. It’s nice but not super complex. Red fruit forward like raspberry, some passion fruit, leather, nice acidity, it’s balanced with medium tannins that are crunchy.

Excellent Pinot noir. Great expression of wilammette valley. cherry raspberry earthy notes. Highly recommend.

令和5年11月11日。wine@EBISUにて40mlテイスティング。カリフォルニアのピノ・ノワールとの比較でいただく。 【テイスティング】 色調はルビー。 こちらも熟したチェリー、樽由来の土などの香りあり。 スッキリとして強すぎない酸味で辛口。軽やかな口当たりで落ち着きがある。タンニンはかなり控えめ。 【評価感想】 こちらはオレゴン（AVAヴィラメット･ヴァレー）のピノ。チャーミングかつ上品で、やはり冷涼寄りか。

Cherry, leather and a hint of vanilla on the nose. Palate has cherry, strawberry, earth tones with light but silky tannins. Very tasty. 3.8.

Transparent ruby. Soft nose. Cherry and raspberry up front. Light body. Minimally earthy. Very light oak notes and a medium finish

Wow! Great wine for the price. Excellent balance on entry and finish. To me, a nice mix of ripe strawberry and earth. Would buy again

Medium dark burgundy red. Restrained aroma of leather with only a hint of cherry. Soft attack, medium body, soft tannins and a bit of cherry. Short finish.

A little too light and juicy, but also lots of tannins. Violet taste, medium long finish. Growing on me quite a bit as I go, especially after trying the latter wines.

外観 ペールルビー 香り 爽やかな赤系ベリーだが、熟度はある アルコール強め 白胡椒 テイスト 赤系多めの黒系少々くらいのベリー感 熟度高めでコクがあるイメージ 酸味はしっかり、シャープではない 白胡椒などのスパイス 樽は控えめ、全体的にボディを作ってるが主張はあまりしてこない タンニンは穏やか 完成度が高いが、あまり個性はない

ケン･ライト･セラーズ ピノ･ノワール ウィラメット･ヴァレー 2023。 昨年の秋、愛媛県松山市に2泊したのですが、2日連続で訪れたワイン･バーの若いマスターがブルゴーニュの代替としてこのオレゴンのピノ･ノワールをおすすめしてくれました。 なるほど、確かにブルゴーニュの代わりになるピノ･ノワールですが、価格を考えると、同レベルのブルゴーニュを買えてしまうように思います。

This Oregon Pinot Noir has a nice red fruit flavor and a savory taste. 赤い果実味が良い、香ばしい味わいのオレゴンのピノ・ノワールである。

黒系ベリー、赤系ベリーラズベリーいちご、抜栓直後は花とハーブ、充分な果実感、程よい酸味。1年ぶりに飲んだ。
