サンジョベーゼだけど酸っぱくない。 滑らかで絹のよう。 美味しい！

Excellent Vino Nobile, with QPR off the scale. Good length, complex and slightly spicy finish. For just over £20 there aren’t many better Italian wines than this.

I am trying something that I saved for my birthday from wonderful collection of Salcheto, Nobile de Montepulciano 2017. Smells magnificent, light and pleasant earthy notes, chocolate, some smoke. Taste of plum, blackberry, black cherry. After some hours the wine also open a lot of oaky notes like vanilla and milk chocolate. 4.5, because it's wonderful wine, but not wow-ideal.

Rusty burgundy color. Aromas of cherry, cola, and black tea. Dry primary flavors of cherry, and tart pear. Secondary flavors of gunpowder and black tea. Fine but smooth tannin finish! Enjoyed the 2018 vintage in September 2022.

My wine. Balanced, medium body, medium acidity, soft tannins. Dark fruit. I really like nobile di montepulciano!

🇮🇹Toscana Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 以前、2016年は味わった経験有り。若い筈だがアルコール揮発感を感じず。柔らかなカラメルの香り。後半も整いがある。北海道から送られてきた太いアスパラを使った豚肉巻きとともに。

ネットで26ドル。 濃いが透明感ある色合い。香りはシックでもトロリとしてます。コショウ、チェリー。 味わいはしっとりと濃厚。これはかなり好きです。タンニンは軽め、酸味もそれなり。味の方向はプラム、落ち着いた味わい。

Enjoyed this in Kevin Zraly's "Red Wines of Tuscany" class and it was a hit. A darker and richer version of sangiovese, this had notes of dark cherry, leather, oak, roses, vanilla, and possibly some petrol. Flavors of dark cherries, blackberries, vanilla, oak and some chocolate delivered with a fairly full body, smooth and integrated tannins, dry and a nice finish.

Playing a bit of catch up. Dark red cherry with a nose of cherries and black cherries. In the glass, almost like red cherries wrapped in black cherries, tobacco and hints of anise and toasted vanilla. Bright acidity and a medium long finish. Paired with mushroom pizza.

Notes of earthy loam and cherry with a nice spice on the back. I really like this wine.

Fantastic find, especially for the price point. Lovely flavors of red fruit bolstered by an earthy leather. blackberry finish.

Very nice Sangiovese. Didn’t even realize it was organic. There is a slight acidic bite at the start but it’s mostly smooth finish with some light fruit notes

4.2 SalchetoのVino nobile 本当はflagshipのSalcoが飲みたいけどこれも十分に美味しい。 ペールガーネット、smokyで肉の薫製の様なwildさ、nobileというだけあってサンジョベーゼの中でもChiantiほどカジュアルでもなく、Brunelloほど畏まる必要もない丁度良い、中間管理職ワイン。 角が取れていて適度な余韻もあり、バランス○。Biologicoな為か？bottleが異様に軽い。

濃厚で濃いやや青みがかったラズベリーレッド、マットな印象 獣臭、腐葉土、木の皮、黒いベリー、ローストコーヒー、プルーンジャム、濡れた雑巾 酸味サラッとしている、ざらつきない、まろやか、 果実酒→酸味 Bioロジック

トレビッキエリなので買いました　イタリアワインの土っぽさと上品さが出ていると思う　サルチェットのワインも初 　サンジョベーゼらしい深みのある土っぽい仕上がり　4.1

This 3.9 average Vivino score seems about right. This is a very good price for quality wine. You get everything you would expect from this Sangiovese cuvee. Lots of red and black fruit, high acidity, full-bodied wine with descent structure and flavour intensity. Medium finish. Rate 3.9

Some would say baked strawberries on the nose, I would say this has more of that weird hard Candy you find at your grandmother’s house that’s been sitting in a glass dish for god knows how long. And I don’t necessarily mean that as a bad thing. Certainly rustic but a lighter expression of the grape that rly smooths out over time and with chilling. The tail end has a cracked pepper taste. Drink with a meal involving pasta sauce or stewed tomatoes.

Tasted this amazing Nobile Di Montepulciano as part of a wine tasting at the Salcheto winery in Tuscany. Aromas of dried flowers, crushed rocks, lavender and redcurrants. The aftertaste is savory, sweet and mineral at the same time.

A beautiful, elegant wine. Imagine a chianti classico with added smoothness and subtlety, then this is it. Tastes of cherry and vanilla. Medium bodied, tame acidity and smooth. Went well with a Mediterranean chicken dish. Lovely.

Great with acidic food. Dark in the glass with baked fruit and spice nose. Plenty of leather and blackcurrant and plum and a hint of oak, suggesting this can develop more beyond the 3 yr old vintage I had

Nose: Ripe cherry Balsamic Plum Leather Oak Palate: Similar notes with the addition of sour cherry. Smooth Sangiovese that reminds me a lot of Brunello. Great first experience with Vino Nobile. Color: Medium garnet

One of the best vino nobile I have had . If I’m feeling a Chianti I go for vino nobile montepluciano . It’s more refined

Dunkelviolett. Nase mit Leder, Holz, Schokolade und Schwarzkirsche. Mund mit Tanninen, erdig und Melasse. Guter Körper und kräftiger Abgang. Well done!

Brunello fans take note. It doesn’t quite have the lightness, refinement or complexity of a Brunello Di Montalcino, but at this price point it’s very difficult to ignore. Bolder in colour, it has notes of ripe strawberry, cherry and light leather with marzipan, mild tobacco and oak on the palate. A lovely little intro to Sangiovese and Toscana.

Notas de cereja, nos moscada e folhas molhadas. Na boca, taninos sofisticados e muito suaves, baixa acidez. Gostei muito. Degustado em viagem à Toscana em 2019.

It’s ok - a little sweet. It’s on the soft sweet side, definitely had some dryness.

Salchetto nobile 100% Sangiovese min has to be 70% for Doc Wine taste with Stephano at Vini de toscana enoteche.

Red fruit, mostly cherry, oak leather and a little bit of vanilla. Starts off fruity and sharp and then mellows out. I think I liked this wine more before it completely opened up. Seemed to lose a bit of punch as it went on. Really enjoyable on the whole , good value at 30$CAD for Sangiovese.

茶色みがかったガーネット色 古木やタバコの香り タンニンはしっとりしていて、酸味はかなり強い。 アルコール度数13.5% Tボーンステーキとかなり合うとのこと。

Opened a bottle on 4/5/25 in Houston to share with 3 types of pizzas: cheese and mushroom, mozzarella marinara, and pepperoni pizza. The wine was medium bodied, lots of tannins on the back end of the taste, acidity with tastes of dark ripe cherry, oak, leathery, dark plum. A bit too many sulfates on the taste for my liking, but the wine is still overall enjoyable. Sangiovese Prugnolo grape with 2 years of maturation at the estate between barrel and glass. Good to enjoyable with a hearty and heal

Typical Sangiovese varietal character but felt quite ripe and like it had a little residual sugar on the palate. To me it felt unbalanced

やや濃いガーネット。 香りの量は少し多く、チェリーなど赤果実。 ビールと柿の種を呑み食いした後なので通常の味覚ではないですが、瑞々しい印象。 円やかな甘味は幾分か多く、 酸味は少ない、 きめの細かい渋みはやや多い。 バランスが良く、美味しい！ ライトボディ。 余韻は長い。

1年以上の瓶熟成により若いけれども、土っぽさやドライフルーツのニュアンスあり。色鮮やか。

Aromas of plum and cherry with a slight backbone of oak. Palate: tart cherries, plum, raspberry, vanilla, and oak. Medium body. Medium + acid. Medium tannin. Short finish.
