Lemon biscuit, touch of white pepper, white floral, apricot / peach nose. Most pleasant! Crisp with a silky edge. White fruits, floral, cream peach, flaky pastry flavours.

Tasting with Kulinarisk Akademi. High acidity, medium body and long finish. Smell of bread, yeast, a little bit of oak, toasted nuts.

Pale yellow in colour with mid size persistent bubbles. Autolysis heavy on the nose with brioche and yeast, on the palate I get Fuji apples and grapefruit. With good acidity and a long finish this represents great value at $20 on sale. 3.75/5

アラン・スコット スコットベース ピノ・ノワール 2020 ニュージーランド最南端のセントラルオタゴ。 紫がかったルビー。 ラズベリー、ブルーベリー、紅茶、きのこ。 酸味は高いがタンニンは溶け込んでいてまろやか。 バランスよく、出汁のような感じもあるとても美味しい。 ヤナギヤ福袋23年　4本11000円。 2500円なら買うけど市価3500円ほどのようだ。

Lemon on the nose. Bubbles are persistent and fine. Decent sparkling wine with overall fine balance. Citrus, apple, balance with some subtle sweetness of persimmon and brioche

I think this wine is underrated here on the interwebs. It might not be the most exciting, and the crispness is a little lacking, but in my opinion it makes up for it with the secondary and tertiary notes, and they are marzipan, vanilla, cream, while the primary are apple and chalk. Nice!

A crisp, clean methode. Citrus, lemon and lime, also green apple. Biscuit and yeast on the finish. Finish was nice and light.

Quite an expressive bubbles 🍾 lots of tropical fruit notes and some citrus. Reasonably lively pearling, have only lightly chilled, seemed to help 😚
