Deep purple color. Wonderful nose, truly memorable... Dark fruit and spice. On the palate it bold and fairly dry. More dark fruit, grape (I know, I know but it's there), caramel, and prunes. It is a very juicy wine. This is a very smooth wine and is ready straight out of the bottle... No need to let it open. The finish is long and pronounced, tart fruit and licorice. Very nice wine.

Another bottle confirms this upper tier rating a mix of Cabernet Sauvignon and petit Verdot seems to create a forceful yet smooth wine with full fruit and a solid disposition. Enjoyable and useful blend.

A dark beauty!! As the name suggests, this wine embodies everything delicious about Paso Robles. Cocoa on the nose, dry and dusty black cherry on the palate. If you love big Cali reds, you can’t get much better QPR than this. Yum!

Wow, loved this wine. Full bodied with dark Cherry and spice. Enjoyed it on Nipili Beach and again on the rocky shores of Maui with Leoda’s pies. Need to talk @[1|31202004|R B] into stopping at Costco for a bottle to stash in the suitcase.

LOVE this vino. It is a beautiful combination of complex flavor. Lots of fruit evident, full bodied, plenty of cocoa, some oak and leathery notes. Heavy black cherry and even a hint of a light spiciness.... maybe like a mint or even lemon mint? I would have to say it drinks like a MUCH more expensive bottle than it is. My new Go To! Move over my old fav... Dry Creek, there's a new kid in town, or, at least a new bottle in my wine cellar.

Explosion of dark fruits and berries w coffee and smoke - great tannins - really lingers on palate - beats the great French Bordeauxs for value!

Bright acidity, juiciness, and dark fruit on entry, loud astringency accompanied by rich full body mid palate with cocoa powder, mocha, maillard browning. Very slight undertones of more savory notes that are coming from a Rhône varietal. Intense but soft grain tannins and cilantro in the finish.

A gift from great friends at card night, a sipper ready to pair with anyone’s lips. Dark red-black, warm aromatic nose. Near bold, good balance toward dry in a good way. Warm berries coat the tongue giving excellent mouth feel. Great Paso wine at crazy price. Fantastic.

What?!!!! Insane value!! Such a wonderful structure of plum vanilla leather earthy medium acid. Cocoa omg love it!!

Chocolate and vanilla give way to a fatty jam with hints of spices and pepper. This is a fantastic wine with a long finish and a mouth feel that coats your mouth for a full flavor experience.

I took the safe play today. One of my favorite wineries and regions. I won’t review it again, as I have done so plenty of times in the past. Outstanding. A perfect pairing with my wife’s Sunday sauce.

Nice oaky notes to start Dark fruit comes out after. Blue and black berries, smooth, warm but alcohol integrated well. Slight spice notes in the background, love the acidic lightning bolt at the end. . My style, checks most all the boxes …Complex enought to enjoy over the course of a night. With the good price and quality of the winemaker, with this being my style, this is a Perfect every day wine

Big but exceptionally smooth wine. Blackcurrant bomb on the nose with some licorice. Lots of dark fruit, blackberry and plum sauce on the palate, with some leather. Elegant blend that mixes the earthiness of the Cabernet with a big, bold fruit explosion from the Petite Sirah. Very, very good wine.

An absolute gem! This blend of cab and petite Syrah has a full body, dark fruit, a bit of spice and a warm finish. It’s a touch on the dry side with a slight bite of acidity. I’ll definitely be keeping this one around.

ネットで24ドル。 紫の強い、深く少しくすんだ色合い。 ミネラル強く、また酸味も感じる。ザクロのイメージ。 味わいはしっとりと重い、パソロブルスっぽい強く濃厚なワイン。力強いチェリーのイメージ。私は好きです。

4日目。オーク ブラックベリー バニラ ダークフルーツ 皮革 たばこ カシス 鉄。果実味豊かで素晴らしいワイン。

I usually don’t love reds that have this much sweetness but this red is really deep and intense. Love it. I’ve had a 10 bottles or so. They’ve all been winners.

This is a terrific value. Wow. I love just about everything from Paso Robles and this is HIGH on the list. oak blackberry cherry plum tobacco. Had this at Malone’s in Louisville.

Bordeaux blend from Napa, Cabernet with a bit of Petite Sirah. Bright fruit, cocoa, caramel, and anise. Quite a big wine. Pairs well with meat. I think I prefer the Smith & Hook Proprietary Blend, which is a bit less robust and more balanced, but this is a solid rich everyday red. cherry smoke earthy licorice

Intense and deep ruby red. Blackberry, oak, a bit of chocolate on the nose. Blackberry, black currant, chocolate, and a light touch of coffee in the finish. Full-bodied (14.5%), bold, sweet. Not even closely dry nor acidic as stated. Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Sirah. Nice wine.

Nice petit sirah/cabernet blend from Paso Robles. It’s the petit sirah that makes this for me. Nose is pure berries, blackberry and spice. The wine is almost black in color. Deep fruitiness, blackberry, bruised plums, damson. Not the most complex ever, but pretty satisfying.

Pretty smooth for its price point. Meets the Paso profile head on but doesn’t over do it. Blackberry and vanilla blending is ideal on nose. Soft mouth entry. Stays consistent. Finishes smooth as well. Might be the best of winery.

年始に行ったLA出張お土産ワイン。 costco. $22.99パソロブレスのブレンド。 カベルネとシラー。黒に近いレッド。インクの香りが鼻をつきます。 滑らかな舌触り、なめし革に腐葉土。いつも、アンティーク感と表現する風味を分解するとこんな表現になるのかもとひとりで納得してます。旨みと深みが強く好きな方はコレを好むんだろうな。 個人的にはあまり得意ではないですが、きっと美味しい部類なんだと思います。。
