Helles Purpurrot. In der Nase was stalliges aber nicht unangenehm, rote Kirsche, gewisse Würzigkeit. Erinnert etwas an Trousseau oder Poulsard ausm Jura. Frische Säure, leichtes Tannin. Null Trinkwiderstand.

Això mola! 12° de Spatburgunder o Pinot Noir vibrants a fruita vermella i bayes fresques amb notes especiades i de bosc que acompanyen. És un vi biodinàmic molt net que es beu fàcil. Té un punt de pedra foguera que t'acompanya com una constant pero no ho trobo invasiu. El recomano!

11.5% ABV. A hint of funk on the nose, but not off-putting. Palate of tart cherry with some effervescence. Refreshing. Drink cold and within an hour of opening, or the wine flattens and becomes too tart. Excellent quaffing wine on a warm day. Very much like a sour beer.

Jahrgang 2021 ist eine Cuvée aus 60% Pinot Noir und 40% Dornfelder mit schlanken 11,5% Alk. Saftig, leicht, frisch, viel dunkle rote Früchte! Sauerkirsche, Waldbeeren, Wildkräuter, Leder, fleischig, Erdbeere, Himbeere. Minimal noch Kohlensäure vorhanden, was ihn noch trinkiger macht. Granaten Saufstoff, kein Schluckwiderstand, am besten leicht gekühlt und ab dafür!

Slet ikke som 2020, som også var forrygende. Ingen bobler, ingen funk. Frisk, syrlig, virkelig dejlig smag med masser af nuancer. Meget spændende. NVK. Køb igen for hulen.

Leve, fresco, vibrante, com fruta vermelha crocante, e toque floral de hibisco. Pinot Noir puro, suculento e fácil de beber, mas com energia e tensão que pedem um leve resfriamento na taça. Final limpo, com acidez viva que deixa vontade de beber outro gole.

バニラシトラス！ ハーバルな感じもある美味しい1本

チェリーや赤いベリーのフレッシュな果実に、ふかふかな土を思わせるミネラルの豊かな香り。他に、梅や出汁のニュアンスも感じられます。ミネラル香がどこかブルゴーニュを思わせ、口に含むと冷涼さのある伸びやかな酸。かわいらしいエチケット裏腹エレガントなスタイル。香り高さと軽やかな飲み心地が何よりの魅力で、2～3日と経過観察を、と思っていたのですが、ついついグラスに手が伸びてしまいます。

わずかに濁りのあるルビー色。香りは中等度で、開けたては還元があるがすぐに飛び、チェリー、キャンディーの香り。キャンディーのような軽やかですっきりとした甘みと、優しい果実味、柔らかな酸味、出汁を感じる旨みと溶け込んだ柔らかいタンニンがあり、優しく染み入るワイン。

This tastes like it’s carbonated but it’s not. A distinct pop to the wine. Light on the front end and hits with a splash acid at the end. I get pomegranate notes that dance right on the taste buds.

Refreshing dornfelder and a surprisingly happy expression of merlot! Cranberry and pomegranate juice framed by jazzy minerals and wet stone. Rainy gravel roads and ripe mushrooms. Had it in Hudik with Pelle and Polly and Amina 🥰

Kissinger‘s Blend der seinen anderen Weinen in nichts nachsteht. Dicht im Glas mit Kirsche, Himbeere, und roten Früchten im Geschmack.

Nase: silage, animalisch, schwefel, feuchter Stein. Tiefes, sattes Kirschrot. Sauerkirsche, grüner Apfel, zartbitterschokolade. Vibrante Säure

Medium tears and colour, raspberry and smoke in nose, cherry and blueberry in taste, very good body

Utrolig blød på tungen. Slet ikke boblende som 2020 årgangen var. Mindre stald også. Dejlig dejlig høj syre og friske bær i munden. Igen, fanme en god vin !

Cuvee aus Merlot&Dornfelder unter dem Kronkorken aus Rheinhessen. Saftig, animalisch, frisch und fruchtig Unbedingt karaffieren damit der Stinker verschwindet, schmeckt ganz anders als er riecht.

Ein unfiltrierter Glou-Glou Stinker par excellence! Und Zack schon alle Floskeln genutzt um einen Naturwein zu beschreiben! Aber im Ernst, dass ist wirklich ein so abartig geiler Saufwein wie ich ihn schon lange nicht mehr im Glas hatte. Absolut Hin und weg und das nach dem ersten Schluck. In der Nase natürlich mega animalisch aber auch mit Feuerstein oder Böller und sogar etwas fleischiges. Im Mund der pure Kohlensäure versetzte Saft. Hammer! Sauerkirsche! Irre Säure und Gerbstoffe. Super saft

Refreshing light German red. Cranberry and pomegranate with refreshing blood orange acidity. A nice easy mineral backbone with little tannic structure and a lil juicy verve make this a great summer break from rose if you’re looking for good chillable reds.

Kersen haribo. Geur van vuurwerk. Heerlijk jong rood fruit. Mooie lengte en interessante frisse smaak. Bij nader inzien zelf popcorn

Schöner Spätburgunder, bei dem einem (oder zumindest mir), die Beschreibung schwer fällt. Anfänglich etwas grob, mit Luft wird er geschmeidiger.

Sauerkirsche, Center Shock, Himbeere. Leichte Reduktion. Leichte Tannine. Hohe Säure, schöne Bitternote. Viel Zug. Pfeffriger Saufwein!

Lekker spul wel! Drinkt lekker gemakkelijk door. In de zomer denk ik een hogere rating, want daar is deze wijn wel echt top voor. Veel sap. Wit is interessanter

Muy funky. Am Anfang viel Stall in der Nase, ein wenig Stachelbeere, Torf. Kann viel Luft vertragen und Kälte tut ihm anfangs auch gut. Die Säure ist gut eingebunden, ist aber dennoch eher auf der sauren Seite. Sehr saftig, der Name ist später Programm, null Widerstand.

A great summer sipper if chilled and on the deck. If you are looking for something different but not weird this might fit the bill. A lot of funk on the nose and early. reminds me of a sour Gose beer

Cassis und dann noch nie so viel Johannisbeere am Gaumen gehabt. Mir hat er wohl temperiert am besten gefallen, aber nicht zu kühl trinken. Hat einen Hauch von Struktur bei aller Leichtigkeit der sonst verloren ginge.

Juicy and somewhat funky (but not on a bad way). Has some Beaujolais and Jura vibes but also very unique. Fresh, aromatic and crisp. Great with food. Raspberry, black cherry, hibiscus, orange peel, eucalyptus, sage, bell pepper, black pepper.

A biodynamic Pinot Noir with grapes from a small vineyard in Uelversheim with chalky soils. Spontaneous fermentation, aged for 18 months on the lees in used oak barrels. Bottled unfiltered. Dark garnet red colour with medium thick tears. Ripe red cherries, tones of red currants and herbs, hints of raspberries, some notes of burnt tires, well present tannins, vivid acidity, long mouthfilling finish.

Fine light unfiltered elegant German red 🇩🇪 Cranberry pomegranate strawberry orange orange zest minerals licorice. Light body and tannins and medium plus acidity 🍷Just refreshing new style juice 😋😋 and even better low alcohol % of 11.

Puh schwierig die Sterne zu vergeben weil der so derbe in seiner Natur ist. Anfangs in der Nase Camembert, Eiersalat und Babykacke, aber im Geschmack komplett anders. Kirschnote, rote Beeren und prickelnde Säure. Nach angemessener Zeit etwas feuchte Walnuß oben rum. Frische Note. Sollte seeeeeehr lange karaffiert ausdunsten hab den denke ich zu früh getrunken. Je länger er stand desto besser. Aber auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis dass man probiert haben sollte
