Suertes del Marqués Las Suertes

Barrel tasting at the bodega 100% Listán Negro. 90% whole bunch fermented. This comes from their best vineyard which has proved itself reliable year on year. Milky. Peppery tannins. Listán Negro in character, but since it was harvested about 6 weeks previously, it’s really difficult for me to know how this will develop (those more familiar with “Las Suertes” would have a better idea). Fascinating experience to taste from various barrels in development before tasting the final bottled products
