Medium+flavours intensity. Dry. M+acidity. M+tannin. M+body. 14% alcohol. M+finish. ピラジンの香りはかなり控えめ。余韻にお肉を食べた時の旨味のようなものを感じる。タンニンの量はあるがとてもスムーズ。エレガントに仕上げられた良いカベルネだと思う。
