ブラックカラント,ブラックベリー,ラズベリー,チェリー,森の下草,なめし皮,薔薇,ナッツ,コーヒービーンズ。 香りの重厚感とは裏腹にライムストーンを感じ,またブルゴーニュジュブレイのような肉感の柔らかいパレットに広がる優しい甘さがとても魅力的。 私はやはりヤラヤーリングが好きだ。 Almost 5 stars!

美しいピンク色のスパークリング。イチゴ、白桃、クリーム。柔らかい酸。少し甘口で実に美味しい。食事にも合う。

メルボルンのヤラバレーで買った白のスパークリングワイン。 甘くなく、非常に美味しい。 いつも冷蔵庫に一本入れておきたい

V nice, not too sweet or dry

Lovely Sparkling rose. Slight sweetness delicate citrus and some strawberry. Ideal with dessert although not as sweet as a normal dessert wine.

Nose of yeast, white peach, strawberry, cheese. Tastes of citrus, cream stone fruit apple raspberry Flavourful like a spritz.

Wow Pink orange mandarin colour Then a complex nose brioche and strawberry Then, quite a pong on the palate at 1st But then expanded and into a rich full zesty strawberry cream

Delightful medley of strawberry, raspberry, red cherry, nectarine, and pear. Creamy brioche. Off dry. Delicate mousse. Racy yet refreshing acidity. Alas, the alcohol does stand out a bit too much towards the end. Lovely on a hot summer’s day nonetheless. Matches perfectly well with English pork pie.

Very nice spritz like sparkling. I believe it’s mixed with some sort of liqueur but I can’t remember exactly what they said at the cellar door, really have to start taking a notebook when I visit wineries as the drinking really does affect your memory… would have thought lol

Quite biased about this wine as we drank it on our wedding day! Its defo got sweet red fruits going on mainly of strawberries and a little peach too, good acidity and very bubbly. A great spring/summer rose!

Perfect blend sparkling wine from Yarra Valley in the south eastern side of Australia. Fresh and crisp white sparkling wine with a high acidity combined with a little fruitiness in the aftertaste. Pale yellow of color. Flavors of apricot, peach, cream and citrus fruit.

cream toast yeast come to the fore in the 2016 release. It’s age makes it a much more complex experience than younger bottles, with grass giving way to warmer flavours

from a blind tasting event in Solar wine a good welcome drink brought by an academic wine-lover pale lemon hue w/noticeable bubbles; a decently soft bread w/flour like yeasty entry, along with lemon curd/quince + pear & yellow apple a med.bodied bubbles w/good tertiary note + generously fruity forward but lacks of ending development my guessed was definately not a Champagne 13% AbV

Lots of fine bubbles, yellow straw colour. Brioche and lemon fruits on the nose. Crisp acid and melon, peach on the palette. Short finish.
