Organic Austrian Riesling grown in the capital, Vienna. Smells of native yeast fermentation, kind of a Riesling dressing up as Sauvignon blanc. Unripe apricot, white flowers, wormwood, chalk linger in the background . Great acidity, chalky aftertaste. Nothing bad, but also nothing exciting if you've tried a lot of native yeast Riesling before.
