Enjoyable wine. Especially with some Lamb on the braai.

Minerals on the nose, pencil shavings, tobacco leaves, intense fruitiness with a dry slightly tannic finish.

Blackcurrant, graphite, fynbos and black pepper. Surprisingly enjoyable at this price point but certainly lacking the acidity and lift of better quality wines. 82 points

Soft and jammy. Lots of dark fruit, plum, and cherry. Strong smell of oak. Easy to drink and not too acidic

Blackberry. Oak. Enjoyable.

Full bodied, moderate tannins, dry, with moderate to high acidity. Pepper, anise and dark fruit on the nose. Tastes of cassis and blackberries to start which are almost immediately (too quickly?) followed by an avalanche of pepper. The pepper taste intensifies for a while before fading to a very subtle chocolate finale. Quite complex with very good length. For my liking there is just a bit too much pepper for a bit too long. But if you like that, give it a try!

This is a great intro can for somebody that is not a lover of cab or red wine. Soft tannins. Medium to low body. Easy drinking. Not bad for R50 (cellar door price)

Wow. At this price?! Nose it good but not as impressive as the taste. Typical Cab aromas are picked up, but one wonders what it would taste like... And then the first taste.. And the lingering woody aftertaste. I love it! Especially at this price! Alc 14 %

Для своей ценовой категории неплохое вино. Но от ЮАР ожидал бльшего. Хорошо сбалансировано. Танинность средняя. Кислотность не высокая. Послевкусие слабое, не долгое. Даю 85 из ста.

(повторная "дегустация") Глубокий бордовый цвет. Из смеси ягод в аромате проступают черника, чёрная смородина в листьях. Во вкусе к смородине примешивается черешня; немного не хватает плотности, а вот кислотность весьма приятная. Танины проявляются поздно, но схватывают серьёзно. 15.5/20. Хорошо, но прямолинейно, без развития. Не культ.

Густой и танинный Каберне Совиньон.... Грубый со слабой ароматикой красных ягод и терпким послевкусием.
