Gerard & Pierre Morin Sancerre Blanc

Delicious Sauvignon Blanc from the Sancere region of the Loire Valley. Pale lemon in colour, the medium intensity nose includes citrus, apple blossom and minerality. The dry, medium bodied palate has lemon, lime, green apple, pear, melon, oak and a faint hint of honey. Despite the citrus dominated palate, medium acidity and oak balances the wine very nicely. Medium length on the finish.
