Domaine Antoine Olivier L'Air de Rien Santenay 'Le Bievaux'

Bought two bottles. Enjoyed 1st one Christmas 2024 and 2nd late March 2025. 2nd bottle tasted better, but suspect because it was drank as a loner (ie no kickerstater (appertif) or folowup (2nd wine)) so it really stood on its own legs. Brilliant with 8 hour slow cooked pork. Big yellow straw colour and big notes of cantelope and melon on light savings of oak. Buy it.
