Duval-Leroy is a Champagne producer based in Vertus, a village in the Côte des Blancs region of Champagne. The house, founded in 1859, produces both vintage and non-vintage cuvées as well as a line of organic wines. The house of Duval-Leroy is also known for its pioneering role in promoting a sustainable development model for its viticulture.

🗓: NV 🍇: 100% Pinot Noir, Saignee method 👁: Medium- raspberry pink with fine and lively bubbles 👃: Medium+ intensity for nose. Notes of brioche, citrus, watermelon, cherry, rose petal, raspberry, apricot, minerals 👅: Dry, medium+ acidity, 12.5% abv, palate is similar to nose with a focus on minerals and red fruit, medium+ length finish This Saignee d’Eulalie Extra Brut is a more very fruity champagne that reminds me of first love. Very refreshing and enjoyable. James Suckling gave 93 pts.

Strawberry colour. Strawberry and rhubarb on the nose. Very fizzy, but not unpleasant. Very fine bubbles. Strawberry and raspberry on the pallet. Light. We'll balanced. Pleasantly low acidity. Long finish. Very nice drinking as an aperitif.
Strong honey sweet aroma. Sweet well riped stone fruit and some almond brioche nutty aroma. On the palate almondy nutty and sweet lemon flavor
Very nice rosé champagne from a producer I haven’t tried before. Cool crystalline salmon hue with a nose of fresh strawberry, chalk, milky brioche, and oxidative notes. Juicy palate of strawberry, grapefruit, crushed rock, and buttered croissant, with small micro-bubbles, med+ acidity and a medium finish. Highly enjoyable champagne that paired well with oyster and caviar based dishes as well as uni toast. 17/20.
100% Pinot Noir, Saignée method Saignée d'Eulalie is a bleeding rosé made from a drastic selection of Pinot Noir grapes from the oldest vines of our estate. The bunches are sorted in the vineyard, on a sorting table before destemming and put in maceration tanks. dense raspberry pink color. fruity notes of wild strawberry, pomelo, and floral and undergrowth scents. I am a beginner when it comes to rosé in general, here likely my first ’saignée’ 👁️ More pronounced red rose in color due to the maceration of the PN 👃 👅 More body than in the usual rosé wines. Well structured. Strawberry, raspberry, mild spice. Good longevity. Elegant, quite dry. We had it before the meal but also with the starter, excellent with food as it stands up very well even against bolder flavors. Good champagne from France! 🇫🇷
raspberry cherry green apple citrus minerals oak cream 색은 연한 핑크. 노즈는 연한 붉은 느낌. 머금고 나면, 붉은 과실, 사과향, 버블은 작고. 오밀조밀. 맛있다. 로제 샴은 개인적으로 별로이지만, 이건 맛있다

On the nose, strawberry, green apple, some overripe lemon. Well-rounded, medium body with medium+ acidity, hign intensity and long aftertaste.
