This wine has a pale gold colour. dry. Medium(+) nose intensity. Aroma character with apple, white peach, pear, lime, honey, butter(MLF), vanilla(oak), toast(yeast). M+acidity, M alcohol, Medium body. Long finish. 果実の熟度は高いがかなり辛口。香りにはあまり無かった柑橘系果実の苦味。余韻も長く、泡も細かい。飲み口に厚みがある。樽とステレンス程良く使ってる。

Super leuke curiositeits waarde, bij le vineur. Echt maar heel weinig flessen, 100% meunier. Super zuiver met karakter en een bite!

90pts Alexandre Grimée is a new comer to the scene and this is his oy cuvée I believe. Based in Azy-Sur-Marne (very west of Vallée de la Marne). Total planting in this village is 88ha of which 72ha are Meunier. 2014 vintage from a single parcel. This must see some oak during its aging. Disg. in late 2018. No dosage. Bottle number 530/1,697. Medium complex aromas of lemon, blood orange, clementine, cooked apples and banana skin. Very broad and a good partner for food.

C’est bien fait fruité exotique avec le meunier il manque un peu de finale mais belle réalisation à la fois vif et complexe. Champagne d’apéritif
