輝きのある澄んだ明るい杏色。ストロベリー、ラズベリーと言った赤いベリー系果実の香り。薔薇、ピンクペッパーにミネラルのニュアンス。柑橘のようなナチュラルで優しい酸味、柑橘の持つほろ苦さが味わいに複雑味をもたらす。エレガントな味わいが余韻長く続く。ローズマリーを効かせたポルペッタとの相性が◎
