Outstanding honey — less fig. Syrup like but not overly potent sweetness. Nice dessert wine at Amanyara.

2023にいただきました やはり熟成香、貴腐感が増していて、密度や粘度が上がっていて、インテンシティが強くなってる？、かすかにポリッシュ、若いもののような物足りなさはないけど、繊細さも健在、 超綺麗+強か

Happily surprised with this wine. Very easy sauternes to drink. Very sweet but not too much. A good level of fruit and acid well balanced.

Excellent Sauternes. Good acidity, with fresh fruit; passion fruit. Found it to be fairly balanced.

Sauternes Grand Cru Classé de 1855. Safra 2015 Semillion 👁: amarelo ouro 👃🏻: Damasco, pêra e pêssego maduros e um toque de mel. 👅: dulçor na medida, persistente no paladar. Pra terminar uma refeição em grande estilo com queijo mole ou uma bela sobremesa. Soberbo!!!

It was the perfect compliment to the end of a full meal. A welcomed pairing to a sweet treacle tart and bitter coffee panna cotta- sublime

I have a soft spot for this elegantly smooth dessert wine. I knew nothing of wine at the time, simply witnessing someone with more expertise purchase a bottle for themselves. After taking one home (and breaking an old corkscrew in the process), I was treated to a delightful, sweet sauternes with a relaxing floral finish. An easy recommendation for something that started my journey into this artform.

Tja ... Sauternes zoals kwalitatieve Sauternes moet zijn. Ideale mix tussen honing, gember zoet en frisse 'corrigerende' zuurtjes. Neem er een stukje blauwschimmel kaas bij en de poorten van de hemel openen zich. Pure nectar!

ソーテルヌ2級。輝く濃いイエロー。密度の高いハチミツの香りとジャムっぽさとソーテルヌの貴腐ワインらしい接着剤のような香り。 酸味強めで、味わいは限りなくまろやかで、うっとりする様な上質なきめ細かい甘さ。

アプリコット、マンゴー、コンポート、蜂蜜。 非常に強いイエロー。 久々にソーテルヌ飲んだけどさわやかに甘くてすごく美味しかった。

僅かに緑っぽさを感じるゴールドイエロー。カリン、マーマレードのような柑橘感がしっかり。しっかりした厚いディスク。樽由来の苦味が少しある。若さを感じるが、美味しく飲める。瓶590g。

大好きな貴腐ワイン ソーテルヌのバルザック

濃い黄金色。粘性も強い。アプリコット、 はちみつ、コンポート、紅茶、 ミネラル。ボディもしっかりしている。美味しい。

Ch. Doisy Daëne Sauternes 2000 シャトー・ドワジ・デーヌ ソーテルヌ 2000 久しぶりの極甘口の貴腐ワイン。甘いのは苦手だが、たまに飲みたくなるのが目眩くSauternesの甘口ワイン。レクストラヴァガンを開けようか迷ったが、その楽しみはもう少し先に取っておくことにした。本日はドワジデーヌのソーテルヌを、デザートワインとしていただいた。酸は中庸、粘性もレクストラヴァガンと比べるとややあっさり。充分甘いのだが、並、及第点、といったところか。食後に、ブラックコーヒーと合わせたが、ブルーチーズなど、もう少しアテを準備しておいた方がよかったかな。少し物足りないが、腹8分目で止めておこう。 しかし、貴（く）腐（る）ワインとは、良く言ったものだ。

STEP1 黄金色、においは優しくつんとしない。甘くてさっぱり

Good but plenty of better Sauternes around. This one tastes a bit harsh and alcoholic, but otherwise has the typical honey and orange blossom sweetness.

Rich gold, nose: honey, nectar, apricot, orange blossom, raisin. Sweet with high intensity flavors - honey, almond, yeast, nectar, raisin, dried fruits, medium-long finish.

Clássico Sauternes de qualidade! Aroma de verniz, muito mel, passas, uma explosão de aromas intensos. Em boca agradabilíssimo com a mesma intensidade percebida no olfato, porém sentindo-se o vasto volume em boca, persistência alta, acidez elevada, sabor fenomenal, um show à parte!

From 1/2 bottle. Deep gold touch of saffron. Quince, passion, lime, wet stone, lillies, barley sugar, honey and a hint of botrytis. Medium body, acidity and medium, + sweetness. Good.

村はボルドーのバルサック。ソーテルヌを名乗ることができます。 デザートワインは好きなので、紅茶、カラメル、コンポートした黄桃、ウイスキー的な香りがあります。 味わいも極甘口ですが、個人的には好きな味です。
