Fruité sucré mais pas trop

香りは控えめ、甘いパイナップルのような甘味と酸味の良いバランス。紅茶のようなまろやかな苦味、とても良い。salon de vanでワイナリーから購入。

Vin fruité, fond de miel, mais sans excès de sucre, vraiment un coup de cœur. Se marie parfaitement en apéro et dessert. Parfait aussi pour un apéritif dînatoire.

Typische neus van honing, kruiden en gekonfijt fruit. Off-dry door zijn hoge aciditeit, eerder volle body en veel smaak (gekonfijte citroen). Middellange afdronk, intens en complex. Evenwichtige wijn, uitstekend, te bewaren.

Tip top la nouvelle cuvée de Cauhapé, bon rqp. Framboise, pêche et litchi. hyper gourmand. Au top sur un tartare daurade mangue puis sur les choux de chez Popelini. Ça marche bien en apero'

Goldish petit manseng. Superb, liqueury, notes of peach over honey. Not the greatest dessert wine in the world but quite quite good for its price point. Recommended.

Sweet and fruity for after dessert

Medium gold in color. Nose of pronounced intensity with wax, green apple, honey, apricot jam, honeysuckle, acacia, preserved fruits, grass. On the palate it’s medium sweet, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium (+) body, pronounced flavour intensity, medium finish. Very good wine. Drink now, no potential for ageing.

Sweet, medium gold Petit Manseng from Jurançon. In balance. In the nose and on the palate medium+ intense aromas and flavors of orange marmelade, lemon zeste, honey, peach, apricot, dried apricot. High acidity, medium alcohol, medium+ body and finish. Very good wine, suitable for bottle ageing.

Un côté caramel en finale. Plus sucré que Ballet d Octobre mais aussi plus lourd. Plus de longueur sur le sucré en finale également.

Un nectar signé Henri Ramonteu, un vigneron vraiment à la pointe des Jurançon. Moelleux mais sans que le sucre l'emporte, des saveurs de bonbons et de miel. Joli produit.

100% petit manseng récolté à deux périodes de maturité différentes. Nez mûrs et engageant sur les agrumes confits, kumquat, avec une jolie touche d'exotisme. Bouche fraîche et équilibrée, gourmande avec une très belle acidité. Ça descend tout seul, très bon.
