Dessert wine: probably one of my favorites! Tastes of honey, marmalade, apricot jam, but not overpoweringly so. Had an amazing tropical pineapple, peach, mango aftertaste.

2014 vintage - loved this wine - definitely mango/peach/mild floral tones, beautiful structure in the glass, not too sweet - a nice off-dry that can be strategically paired with rich savoury dishes as well. Wonderful palate/finish - will look for this again

Exceptional value. Pure honey on the nose. Unctious, citrus, more dry than sweet. Golden colour, perfect with a fresh mince pie.

蜂蜜、アプリコット、オーク、バニラ、バター、カスタードクリーム、ほのかにレモンやグレープフルーツ系の柑橘類の香りと味わい。 サンクロワデュモンと言う、貴腐ワインで有名なソーテルヌとは違う産地の貴腐ワインですが、決してソーテルヌの貴腐ワインに劣らない、甘美な味わいの、素晴らしい極甘口ワインです！(*´ω`*)

フランスのボルドー地方 / サント・クロワ・デュ・モン地区の白ワイン。葡萄は セミヨン 85% / ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン 15% / 平均樹齢：35年。リュット・レゾネ（減農薬）で栽培。セミヨンは100%貴腐。発酵と熟成はステンレスタンク。 少しオレンジがかった黄金色。白桃、柑橘の皮、蜂蜜、セメダイン、ゴムの香り。しっかり甘い。程よく酸味がある。コスパの良い極甘口ワインです。

はちみつ マーマレード マンゴー、ソーテルヌ、超甘口、単体は良いが食事と合わせるのが難しい

デザートワインとしては、とても満足！

Super concentrated. Medium sweetness with somewhat high acidity. Note of dried prunes, raisins, toffee, caramel, coffee kernel, jasmine tea. Pure liquid gold in the glass just need a little bit more acidity to balance it out.

Medium honey nose, moderate body, sweet long mouth, light yellow straw color

À force de regarder la Terre dans les yeux et sa cohorte de conflits fracturant le monde, on aurait tort de ne pas s’octroyer quelques instants de répit. Quelques éclaircies. Un entracte durant lequel le temps fait pause. S’immobilise autour d’un verre entre proches ou amis. Aussi, c’est en compagnie de ce Sainte Croix du Mont customisé mojito glacé que, durant un moment, nous avons pu nous distraire de la fuite temps.

Belle longueur en bouche, bien sucre et fruité et une pointe d'acidité sur la fin

Interesting rose wine with deep color. A lot of red fruits black fruits and floral , after palate with yogurt butter cream flavors.

Enjoy as a closing wine, dessert wine, by the glass at Le Continental in Québec city. Hey! And a new Vivino style ✔️. Tropical notes with rich honey. Loved it.

Nose: Muted Apple and Pear with a slightly sulfurous earthy undercurrent, some herbaceous notes and hints of nuts and honey. Structure: Very sweet with a heavy, thich texture and low moderate acidity. Palate: Peach and apricot with barley sugar and a touch of toasted almond. Overall: A very pleasant desert wine.

Solid sweet wine, complex tertiary-like aromas and notes on the palate. Not overly sweet or fruity as you may expect from a sweet wine, but overall enjoyable. This might be a sweet wine for those who don't typically enjoy sweet wine :)

A firmly placed honeyed character on the nose, definitely Botrytised, plus aromas of ripe mango and papaya. High level of sweetness, mostly of melon, honey, red apples, mango and fern. Some good lasting power. Flavour profiles are somewhat simple compared to that of Sauternes on the other side of the riverbank, but it’s still enjoyable

I happily stocked up with this little treasure at recent sell off. A nice alternative to Sauterne, with less botrytis, but with exuberance of marmalade fruits and well aligned freshness. Joyful and easy. 90p

Château La Caussade Sainte-Croix-du-Mont 2015 is 100% Semillon that goes well with desserts and foie gras, as its sweetness and acid will balance with rich and sweet foods. Almonds, honey, dried apricots and citrus will emerge on the nose as well as in the palate.

Beautiful dessert wine, light. White flowers, Rainier cherry, pineapple, honey, creamy textute. Good acidity balances gentle sweetness. Enjoy served slightly chilled. As I did at the local country store tasting event.

たまに行く、ディスカウントの酒屋で購入。 余韻はある程度スッキリしていて 奥さんにも好評‼︎ お祝い用にデザートワインを1本は常備しておきたい。

3.5 ソーテルヌ 、シテデュヴァンにて。 オレンジピールで、ハチミツやレーズン、ハーブ 豊かな甘みと酸味、綺麗でとてもバランスが取れている。 香り高い美しいソーテルヌ。

阪神大ワイン祭で。スイーツよりは食事系のつまみが良さそう。ガーリックの効いたレバーテリーヌとか。

薄い黄色。セミオン100%。フルーツ系の甘さ。後五年ほど寝かせるとさらに良くなると思う。コスパは良い。あと少し酸が強めだと甘みが引き立つ。

Not a thick stickiness to this dessert wine. Quite floral and fruity, strong tropical notes of mango pineapple followed by honey. Some nice acidity still there to carry it through

Quite dry, not overly sweet. Can taste the semillon hiding in there somewhere. Goes well with lemon & lime tart, who knew.

High levels of acidity to balance the sweetness and a lovely streak of minerality, along with hints of warm spices and ginger

Pineapple, a hint of bitterness, peaches. A bit different from your usual (fantastic) Sauternes, but it lacks the acidity of it.
