Wow surprenant ! Nez assez « classique », et goût super ! On retrouve fortement un goût de porto, très sucré, alcoolisé mais à goûter avec un gâteau au chocolat !

Dégusté avec un vieux fromage de brebis persillé !! Une dinguerie

Nach Port und Chinato der dritte dieser Art, den ich kennenlerne. Mit Abstand der Beste: Balanciert, trocken (?!) und vielschichtig. Nicht meins - für Fans der Dessertkarte aber sehr empfehlenswert.

Fortified and aged in foudres for 15 months. 👁 brownish red, dark tawny. 👃🏻 intense cassis prune black cherry, cinnamon, bay leaf, earthy leathery and SMOKY. 👅 cherry liqueur, black fruit, softest tannins. Chocolate. Complex and full flavoured, long finish.

We don’t see enough banyuls. Perfect with chocolate torte. Blueberry, black plum with honey, dried apricots. Very nice.

Tasted like madeira. Nice dessert wine.
