Sidérant: le vin de paille le moins sucré de ma vie, ce qui en fait qqch d’hyper intéressant. Un peu OVNI qd même. Grande complexité mais ds un style totalement nouveau.

The palate is well balanced - with soft acidity and a hint of bitterness at the end. The flavor of apple juice dominates, but is complemented by more subtle notes of cinnamon, ginger, honey, and dark flavors of prunes and black cherry jam.

Naso di frutta gialla matura quasi appassita, datteri e funghi dolci. Bocca setosa, grassa e con piacevole acidità che dona agilità al sorso. Ottimo

Très beau vin de paille aux notes miellées et de fruits secs. Bouche équilibrée, fraîche et sucrosité moyenne.

Vin de paille bien fait. Robe jaune soutenu. Nez complexe de miel de fruits secs, notes de caramel, ananas. Belle harmonie en bouche avec une sucrosité modérée et une jolie finale agréablement vive.

14年的酒液已经有点厚了，糖浆的口感，果脯，一些燧石，一些蜂蜜的香气，入口甜感很重，缺乏酸度支撑，再加上厚重的酒液，略显甜腻，层次还算丰富，有一些干花干草的清香味，余味还是甜感和果干味为主。

Petite déception car j'attendais plus de peps, d'énergie mais ça reste très bon: notes de pommes au four, caramel, belle longueur et complexité de bouche
